Be careful of this company and when making your reservation. Once you have entered all your details and credit card information and received an order number, they will turn around and say that the price is no longer available. An hour after making payment and obtaining my order number, they sent me an email saying the price has changed. When I tried to get hold of my agent (*) he ignored all of my calls, text and emails.
They claim that once you have an order number and payment is made, your price is guaranteed and you have nothing to worry about. That is not true! Be cautious of this company as I don't think they are trustworthy. They are air consolidators that sell airfare at discounted prices, yet tried to tell me that the airline was to blame because the fare was no longer available. If I could have gotten the same price with the airline why would I use Arangrant? I would go directly to the airline! The airline had nothing to do with the price we agreed on. Be cautious - they now have my credit card information which concerns me!

I have never had a worse travel or customer service experience than my most recent one with Arangrant. My original outgoing flight (international) was delayed due to airline issues and Arangrant made the experience much more complicated and frustrating than it needed to be requiring 24+ of back and forth with them followed by me just going to the airport, waiting for hours and finally begging the airline agent to help me get things sorted out.
Then my return flights had an issue and then I called the airline directly (lesson learned the first time) I learned that Arangrant had cancelled my return flights (incompetence? Spite?) which again took HOURS to fix not to mention the stress. This was so unpleasant and time consuming and upsetting and I have never gotten any resolution, refund for extreme inconvenience, or even apology.

The air Europa has no gates on and off tarmac and cattle car on buses. There is not first class on Europe domestic - just an extra seat.

I booked a flight and a few months in the times changed on one leg of the flight. I never recieved an update email from the airline or Arangrant. When I looked at the booking I got a message that the flight had been cancelled. In a panic I called customer service and after talking to one rep was passed to someone else who told me the flight was not cancelled just the time was altered and the flight had a new confrimnation number. I never recieved any emails about this change. The rep was very helpful and I did get it all straightened out.

We are happy with Aran Grant overall and have used them a few times. Our issue is more on the back end. We were quoted a price and then it "jumped" prior to booking. This happened the 2nd time we used Aran Grant as well. We are learning that we need to be ready to commit immediately, or the deals seem to go away. Also, we receive a lot of texts from our agent that are impersonal. Would like them to be more custom to our needs (at least have our name vs. "dear, " which is just a form letter). A lot of little things that could be better.

I had never flown to Europe. We went to Croatia and could not fly direct. Our connecting flight both ways did not allow enough time, especially with having to go through customs. We missed the first connection all together. It took 2 more flights to get to our destination which was only 1 hour away. It took 7 hours. Just barely made connection on the way home but nearly had a heart attack running to get to the gate. Agent was very unresponsive once I agreed to the flights especially about seat selection. Claimed he was busy with other customers. Why aren't I the "other customer"?

The trip was smooth. Icelandair has some older planes in their fleet and we got on one for the first leg. It still had a cigarette ashtray in the bathroom! Accordingly the seat ergonomics were not as we had hoped. But overall this was a positive experience.

I was hesitant to look for my airline ticket outside of the normal airline companies but AranGrant and a couple of other Business Class agencies received positive reviews so I contacted three of them. Aran Grant responded almost immediately, another agency a day later and the third never responded. After communicating with the two remaining agencies, AranGrant offered the better service. Dino, my travel agent with AranGrant was extremely helpful and worked with me over a few days to get the class of ticket I needed as well as helping me stay within my budget. I spent my entire vacation worrying about having a return flight when I booked everything and was told it was confirmed and had ticket and seat numbers WEEKS AGO. Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
