I ve had horrible experience in placing track to Spotify playlists and "done for you" artists bio. Plays on Spotify were fake and Bio looked like it was translated from Chinese to English using google translator.
I Purchased 10,000 YouTube Views. I got no views in North America or Western Europe. When I complained, I ended up with 46 views in the US, and still none in Western Europe or Canada (out of 10,000). I got the most views in Vietnam and Kazakhstan, which is totally useless for building an Americana audience.
All I wanted was a press release for my upcoming album. As others have noticed, it was rife with spelling, capitalization and grammar errors but I looked past it because it was a flattering PR and it appeared they had at least put some effort in. I noticed after publication that all the sites they distributed the press release appeared to have no real traffic. They were sometimes extensions of bigger media names, but it was clear that no one would have any reason to visit these pages. Again, I was annoyed but my main objective was to increase search results when people looked for my album, so I looked past this. HOWEVER, after about a year with no noticeable change from this PR, I searched for my album on google and checked the "Press Release Report" ArtistPR sent me, and noticed that NOT A SINGLE WEBPAGE with my press release was still active, and the Press Release Report page was no longer available. The ONLY place you can still view my press release is on the ArtistPR website, where it is of course buried under thousands of others. So it seems that the pages they distributed the PR to were not even real to begin with. As I said, I was willing to look past a lot of issues here, but this is just absurd. Theses guys don't even have the decency to keep the clearly fake webpages up for more than a few months after your PR is released to help you with traffic. Massive waste of $200, but a lesson learned. Just another company preying on amateur musicians and taking advantage of them for a quick buck. Nothing of value here.

I don't think we got anything for our $197. The press release written by Artist PR was, in my opinion, terrible. It had inappropriate capitalizations, poor sentence structure and didn't convey anything about the band or music. We had a proper press release written by someone else and gave it to ArtistPR for distribution. The press release distribution is, in my opinion, highly questionable. It appears to be just Artist PR putting a news oulet's banner on top of the press release. Communication with ArtistPR consists of very slow email responses that read like prewritten boilerplate. I would not recommend ArtistPR.
Horrible company they claim they will market you or help with promo but have done nothing but take 70$ from my account! This service is horrible don't waste your money!
I tried to contact them about the press release that I wanted to send out and they never responded to my calls! I tried their phone number and the support email. All I go was a robot reply! These folks are a scam!
ArtistPR is for the artist. Low in cost and very efficient. The best choice hands down! Thx ArtistPR
