Ragna was extremely helpful. Provided options for flights. I checked out comparable sites and ASAP was the least expensive. Ragna walked me through all the forms and made the entire process effortless.
Jacob the air concierge was amazing. He was very diligent in finding an international flight for us that fit our tight schedule and our budget. He honored our request to communicate primarily via email. He walked us thru the purchase of the ticket. For two days, I have been searching on line to buy an airplane ticket for my sister who wants to go home to the Philippines this December. I tried several websites but I found their forms to be complicated and no one is available to help you to complete it. Finally, I come across ASAP Tickets and Haidee helped me from the filling out the form until the ticket was paid and issued. She is very helpful, polite and very pleasant to talk to. I wish all agents are like her. If I have to rate her service, I would give her 10. I highly recommend her to anyone who is planning to buy airline tickets.

Hi, it started well but at the end when I needed the itinerary confirmation, I called the agent several times but there was no response which to me is not the best.
