Ordered a personalized poster for a billiards room. They got last name wrong. Submitted a claim. They printed a new one. Same screw up as the first one. Emailed again. They told me to pound sand, at that point. No recourse. Money taken and flawed product, I can't use. Absolutely unacceptable.
