Easy process to follow, great content submitted and lots of entries to choose from.
Experience was very good. A lot of features that I didn't need this time but have a better understanding now of the full power of Squad Help and can use them next time.
Maybe some video tutorials of how to run the contest and how to sift through the creatives. Im not too techie but found it a little hard to work out, got there at the end though!

Really enjoyed the whole process - the process is clear and easy to understand. The only issue I had was choosing between such great work and it was uncomfortable to reject the creatives submissions
The coaching in your FAQs on how to put together a creative brief was very helpful, as well as coaching on how to encourage creatives participating in the contest.
Really big amount of ideas but vast majority of them didn't follow our demands and project description. Only about 5 % usable but we finally have the winner! :)
They did a great job.
First time user, very happy with my experience. I learned to refine my brief based on early answers to make it clearer which lead to better suggestions. I also enjoyed being able to provide feedback to individual submissions, encouraging more similar ideas, which resulted in a lot of submissions. I expected about 500 submissions and got nearly 1,500 submissions. Will definitely use Squadhelp again and recommend it to others. Thank You.
