The customer service have a quick respond when I have the order issue and help me sort it out. I receive the product whitin one week. The team inevstigated and get back to me the solution within 24 hours when I found some part is broken.

I was sold a coffee table with 3 very visible chips and scratches. It was disappointing that I wasn't able to call them, but managed to email them with a request for return and full refund. Several days passed before they responded offering to reduce the price. More than 3 weeks later they picked up the item and I am yet to receive the refund.
