I had been wanting to order new counter stools for a few years, but could not quite pull the trigger. The ones I fell in love the with were far out of my budget. However, I found a "dub" look that I fell love with. Every store I look at was out of stock.
1StopBedrooms had it noted in stock. I finally placed the order. It had gone out of stock again. When I inquired on delivery, customer service was quick to respond and provide an update.
Although the new date was not ideal, the actual delivery date came two months earlier and right in time for the holidays!

I was a little worried about using 1stopbedrooms if for no other reason then they were so much cheaper than everyone else. Free delivery and no sales tax where I live were added bonuses. Our experience was very good, and had no issues at all.

It was so easy to shop and find what I needed. The sales person was so helpful and made the transaction a pleasant experience. When the shipping was not up to parr, 1StopBedrooms stepped in and fixed the problem. They turned a bad situation into a much better one with their intervention..
This is my second order with 1SBR and it won't be my last. Easy ordering and the white glove delivery was awesome. Only issue is that you have to be patient as the delivery process takes a few weeks.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
