I went for the professional transcription of which they claim it's done by a person. It was horrendous; wasn't making any sense and it was clearly something automated. Quality was just horrible, so I asked for my money back. From there, I sent about 10 e-mails, everytime they had a different excuses, until at one moment they removed my files (!?) and just stopped replying.
I really wouldn't try this. Please, check my other reviews, as I almost never do bad reviews, because I'm a patient and understanding customer. They were just below all expectations and horrible. Attached you find screens shots of one of the questions they asked before returning my money and the automated notification that they deleted my files.
