Be aware that communication is very difficult as this company is based in China. The website is not entirely accurate regarding delivery times. If you would like to speak with someone be prepared to call multiple times during their business hours. I'm not sure what those are exactly because their email said to "call during China time 9-:17". Rather than answering your questions via email they repeat themselves and ask you questions that do not matter. Frustrating experience and we have not gotten the dress yet so I cannot report on the actual delivery or product.

I ordered a dress that arrived with no tags and it was discolored at neckline. You can't get through to customer service by phone and no one us replying to emails. When I placed the order, someone contacted me by email within 20 minutes to verify size. Now I am being ignored. Really concerned about getting a refund.

Update: A refund was given. Thankful that my persistent emails finally worked.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress prior to reading any reviews about AW Bridal. I started looking into reviews after getting a confirmation email and noticing that the grammar and wording was a bit odd for a customer service email. After reading some reviews, I was terrified that I'd wasted $100 on a horrible dress (if I even got it). It also took longer than expected to tailor my dress (that I didn't customize), and I wasn't getting any updates about it. BUT, my dress came today and I couldn't be happier despite my anxiety prior to its arrival! I ordered a standard size 2 and the tailoring was perfect. The dress was the perfect color, was made with quality material (and had an extra lining underneath), had the right amount of padding in the chest area, and looked exactly like the picture on the website. I can't speak to everyone's experience but my own personal experience was very positive with this brand! Although, I did pay for expedited shipping that said it would take 5-10 days to receive my order, and it ended up taking 13 days for it to arrive. Not sure if would've taken any longer if I had paid for expedited shipping. I also wasn't aware that the dress was being produced in China, so keep that in mind if you need a dress quickly.

The jumpsuit I ordered was too small even though I followed their sizing guide. When I tried to return they said the factory was in China and would offer me $30 and I could keep it. We bartered for a bit with me asking for $75 and landing in $50. I priced out a DHL return to the shipping address ($102). In the end I am simply disputing the charge with my CC company. I had a feeling I was going to be returning it, so I checked their return policy carefully before I ordered. Buy a size larger than you need. Know that there is nothing special about the quality. And ask to return it - you'll get $30 back.

AWBridal, thank you for everything! The dress looks great and fits perfectly! It's also very comfortable! The dress arrived several days earlier than expected which is always a welcome surprise.

I'm very happy that I found AWBridal online when searching for a suitable dress for this occasion. I also appreciate that AWBridal offers a "Mother" category.

The custom fit ordering was easy to do. I also chose to pay a little more for expedited shipping.
The gown arrived in a rectangular AW Bridal zip top style bag. What easier way to pack the gown for our air trip to the wedding site? The style and material I chose was wrinkle free!

The quality of the dress is great, but make sure you order several months before your event. Also, be very careful with their sizing chart. I followed the sizing chart exactly and ordered a size 6, based on my measurements. The dress I received was entirely too big, so I contacted customer service to get a return started. They said that they would give me a $40 credit (my dress was $100 + $20 expedited shipping) to purchase another full priced dress, because they manufacture in China and returns can be tricky. Because the date of the wedding was approaching quickly, I just paid for another dress but one size smaller, size 4. The second dress I received is still way too big to even make alterations, and now there is not enough time before the wedding to purchase a 3rd dress from them. Although when following their measurement chart, it says I am a size 6. I actually would have needed to order a size 2 or even 0. Another one of the bridesmaids had the same issue, with her dress looking nothing like the photos online, having to make last minute alterations. Make sure you order several months in advance because the sizing is extremely off from their measurement guide and customer service isn't helpful at all about getting your money back to you, meaning you might have to order (and pay full price) 2 or 3 times, until you get one that works.

I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from the for my friends wedding. They came on time and seemed to be good quality, but the color was a little off, I ordered both dresses in sage green and they came looking more like a mint green. But I think it's fine because both dresses came in the same color and I double checked that I had ordered sage green. NOPE! About a month before the wedding I see one of the other bridesmaid dresses and immediately realize that mine is not the same color as hers. Turns out that half of the bridal party received dresses in the wrong color! Customer service gave me the whole runaround and tried to convince me that they had made no mistake and that sometimes dresses are slightly different colors and they wouldn't refund my dresses even if I returned them or help me expedite a new dress. I ended up finding a dress on Facebook marketplace but the whole experience was a nightmare.

Order the dress for my niece wedding 6/24/2023 the dress was made terrible I couldn't even wear at all one side was uneven I wasted 119.00 on something I couldn't wear had to go somewhere elsewhere never again don't order from this company I know that tail shouldn't be longer than the other one that not how it looks online

I had ordered a dress with the size I was thinking, and received an email recommending doing a custom dress at no additional cost (which was nice because I was able to change the length and add pockets!). To be honest, based on other online shops, I was a little skeptical. I did the measurement per the video, and the dress arrived much sooner than estimated, and I absolutely love it. The quality is amazing, is unique and I can't wait to wear it at my daughter's wedding in August! I am returning the other dresses I purchased at Macy's and Nordstroms immediately. Wonderful communication- even with the time difference.

The dress I ordered was poor quality and did not fit. When I asked for a refund or exchange they refused... stating it would cost too much and take to long. They then offered me 20 dollars to keep a dress that doesn't fit. I said no they settled on 35 dollars and it will take 3 weeks

I never received an email notification to confirm my purchase. I called one night to confirm that they received my order. Somebody answered like they were at home not at a business. The lady asked me for my email. She couldn't understand me so she gave me her email when I tried to send her an email with my email address on it I was blocked. The next day I tried calling there was no answer. I tried two times, then I tried two more times the next day after that, the phone rang and then went busy. I called PayPal and they sent an email saying I wanted to cancel my order. I also sent an email explaining to them I was unhappy with their service and I did not want my purchase any longer, I got a message saying they cannot receive any emails and the mailbox was full. They never responded to PayPal's notice. However, when PayPal turned it into a claim, they responded that they sent it to me already. The dress looks nothing like what I ordered. I don't think alterations were even done. The dress is supposed to be tea length and it goes all the way to my ankles and the sleeves are supposed to be three-quarter length and they go all the way down to my wrist, it's too big and I was supposed to wear this to my sons wedding, PayPal escalated the order from a claim into item not as purchased. When I opened up an account through AW bridal, I looked at my purchases and there was nothing there. That's where I got suspicious.When I looked up my purchase with my confirmation # the website said I did not have any purchases. I tried to do a review on their website and it says I have not purchased anything from their company, so I couldn't leave a review. PayPal is trying to get my money back but we will see. Do not trust this company for your wedding your son or daughter's wedding or anything else. You will be disappointed.

I bought 2 dresses. The Dey Dress for my daughter and 1 for me (mother of Bride). Both are beautiful good quality. Returned the mother's dress because I didn't like how I looked in it. The return was easy, just email them for directions. It was a friendly exchange. Another bridesmaid custom ordered and her dress fit perfectly. We will use this company again in the future. Highly recommend

I was having my bridesmaids order two different styles of dress so we can decide which style looks best on everyone and we would just return the other one. Their return policy clearly states that they accept returns for any standard size, but custom sized dresses cannot be returned. So my bridesmaids were going to be ordering standard sizing. Once one of them placed the order for both styles of dress, she received an email saying "I noticed you bought two types of dresses. Please pick one of the two if you are just going to be returning one of them. Our dresses are made to order." So we replied reminding them of their return policy (we would be paying return shipping anyways) and the fact that they ordered standard sizing. But said if they cannot honor their return policy then we will take our business elsewhere. They refunded the money the next day without further explanation as to why this was such a problem. I will never give them my business after this.

This shop has beautiful dresses ideal for your wedding or for an event, with good quality fabrics, and the price is affordable!

I purchased a custom cake serving set. Paid for expedited shipping, never received.

Customer service was horrible. Couldn't provide an explantation, or even provide an update.

This was for my wedding. Took over 4 days for response...which they never even addressed my inquiry... they just hope to cooperate with you next time.

I ordered a custom dress from AW Bridal and when the dress arrived 11 inches too long for the measurements I gave them I was told it is my problem. For me to fix it on my end. Do not trust this dishonest company for your special occasion!

I've been emailing back and forth with a respresentative from AW Bridal for approximately 3 weeks to try to figure out how to get a dress returned. They asked for my daughter's measurements and I gave those to them. She was a half inch off in one measurement category so they told me I should've ordered the size down and they would give me $20 and I could keep the dress. When I said I wasn't satisfied with that they told me that I needed to follow 12 instructions for how to get the dress returned, but that they could only offer me a partial return of my money. This is a runaround and I would not recommend if you think there's a chance you'll need to return something!

If you want to give money to an unethical company, purchase from AW Bridal. I need to return a dress and they are requesting that I mark it as a "gift" and only claim that it is worth $20 (the dress is actually worth $117) to avoid customs fees and have stated that they will refuse the parcel if I do not do this. You must declare returned goods when shipping overseas. I will not be complying with their shady request. They are located in China and the shipping through USPS will cost $68. This whole return process has been terrible with them refusing to give me a return address at all at first; it took many back and forth emails to convince them to provide me with the needed info in the first place. If there is any chance at all you might have to return your item, do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with AW Bridal.
