I ordered a bridesmaid dress from AW bridal for my best friend's wedding. It arrived much later than expected, and did not fit even though I sized it according to their sizing chart. When I reached out to return the dress, they offered to let me keep the dress and told me they would reimburse me for $20. The dress cost $100, so that was pointless. I chose to send the dress back to China where it came from and lost an extra $27 for that expense. They ensured me they would reimburse me in full when the dress arrived and it's been months without any response. I lost so much time and money using this company, and their communication and customer service was awful. I will tell everyone I know to never use them in the future.
Wore this to my daughter's wedding. Lovely color. Good style. Got lots of compliments. I ordered custom measurements. It was a bit long, thus holding it up. That worked. Only complaint is the tiny clasp for closure above zipper. It makes closing it by yourself very hard. Larger clasp needed.

Contacted them immediately upon receipt of my dress to advise it did not fit and needed to return for refund (within 4 days of getting the dress). First email wanted to confirm my measurements which it did based on what they supplied. Second email stated they would refund $20 but my order was $94. I replied I wanted the full information for return. Never heard back. Will not order from them again (this was for 09/2022).
Was forced to ask for refund bc whoever was emailing me insisted I get a custom dress when I didn't want it custom fit. I assume that was because they wanted to ensure I didn't return it.
As soon as my order was received I was contacted by the person making my dress. I sent my measurements, as instructed and within a week my custom made outfit was finished. I paid for expedited shipping and it was at my door a week later. Excellent service.
I ordered two dresses because I'm very insecure about trying dresses on and wanted to make sure that I chose a dress to feel confident in. Though I have my measurements, I wanted to see how it would fit. I got a passive aggressive email stating that I pick one OR (in all caps) get a refund because they would NOT refund one dress for "personal preference". Their return policy states NOTHING of this. It says they "suggest" not buying multiple dresses but nothing about returns of unworn dresses not being accepted because someone chose one over the other. They offered to customize the dress but if I didn't like it, that would make it ineligible for return! I thought the email was so rude and unprofessional of a company to ask me which exact one I want because they would ultimately reject my return if the other. I understand minimizing waste but you can't tell me that one dress essentially fits all body types. I emailed back explaining my reasoning while also quoting their own website and they decided to refund me. Lost money on a dress over shipping a second?!?! I am so upset and distraught that I have to find a new dress elsewhere. Terrible TERRIBLE experience.
Do not purchase from this company. Horrible quality and to return is impossible. They charge a 20% restocking fee and you pay shipping back to China.

Wow! This dress fit so well. I didn't have time to get it custom made for my measurements but trusted the size chart and I'm so glad I did. The pattern and detail on this dress is impeccable I felt so comfortable in it. Love this dress so much!
Do not order from this company. The dress that I received was beautiful but did not fit. I asked for a return label so I could send it back. I was told that I would have to pay for the return to China! They have a office in CA. I was offered $20 to keep the dress that I can't use. It was a $90 dress. I am very disappointed as most companies will pay for the return via UPS. If you have your heart set on a dress on this website, check Amazon to see if they have it. Returns to Amazon are a breeze! Amazon carries some of the same dresses from AW Bridal. This particular dress wasn't so I ordered it from the them directly.
I purchased the Lorraine. The day it arrived I tried it on and the straps were wrong. The wedding is too close and so I requested a refund. They do not cover shipping cost and claim that since I would be shipping to China the shipping cost would be over $200 and therefore I should accept $40 instead of a full refund. They even admitted that they sent me the wrong jumpsuit which was custom made for someone else. It is poor quality material, the color isn't as vibrant as the picture, and the fit is odd. All of that wouldn't be as bad if they weren't so awful at customer service.

I've gotten hair pieces and a custom-measured dress here and both looked exactly like the photos. The dress managed to fit perfectly based on the instructions that were offered. I also got hoop earrings which were super cute and lightweight. There are cheaper options out there but I feel like what I've received is quality for it!
I have bought hairpins and sleepwear from them. The handmade hairpins were delicate and pretty which match with my evening dress so well. And the sleepwear was silklike soft with lace, elegant design.
Also, their customer service is fast and responsive to questions.

Answer: When I tried to return the dress that I ordered they first offered to give me a partial refund, then gave me an address to return it to, but said it would be expensive to return and that I should state on the package that it was a gift worth less than $25. Very dishonest.
