Quite literally the worst customer service and the scammiest company I have ever experienced. I payed an extra $15 for expedited shipping and when the costume came in late they refused to allow me to make a return or receive a refund or provide any help.
Absolutely crap company! Fake cloths fake sizes! Useless communication! Bought a large it's like extra small! Refuse to swap! Avoid at all costs!
Trust me when I say do not buy from this place they take so long to deliver a package and they do not offer refunds at all and there customer service is disgusting - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE
Just to make everyone aware this company doesn't accept returns or give you a refund for the items if they don't fit, please beware there sizes come up really small

We oedered an outfit for Halloween on 24th October!. It is now 18th December and we still haven't recieved it. I have emailled this company 5 times demanding my refund to which they refused everytime.
I have now made a complaint to the International Trading Standard Authority. The company are now 'supposed' to be issuing a full refund witin 1- 2 weeks, that was on the 5th Dec and i am STILL waiting.
Please do not use this company, they are thee most unethical and immoral people.
I ordered a Minion costume, but what I received was something completely different! I asked for a return but it was denied. The product they sent is poor quality and not worth doing something else with it. I placed a pic.of what I ordered and what I got. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I ordered an item that was to small so I sent 3 emails now and had no reply about getting a refund or seeing if they have a bigger size. Not helpful at all
They couldn't fulfil my order but didn't get my money back one month on. I continue to chase having been advised I will get my money back. When?
A commercial website should have the full company details on it, incl. Address and phone numbers. This site tries to hide that they are operating out of China.

My sister started being obsessed with cosplay last year. And she came across this website. She ordered herself a set of costume while I was attracted by other clothing in it. I found they were selling a series cute onesies pajamas. And I was so in love with that panda one and want it for the frozen winter. Considering its low price and those positive reviews, so I made my order. I have to say it did not disappoint me with such an adorable price and the good customer service. And this happened last year, for this summer, I bought a suit of bikini there. Of course, good price with good quality too. If there is more design for choosing, that will be better.
