I was in this shop in Jerusalem years ago and everything was so beautiful. I thought of the store recently when wanting to buy a Roman glass star of david pendant and they did not let me down. It is so unique (could never find such a piece in the states) and so beautiful. The purchasing experience was outstanding. I was a little nervous about the care that Roman glass requires, but the piece came with full instructions for care. I look forward to having the opportunity to purchase from this store again. Also (Baltinester folks) - thanks for the candy in the package. Really nice touch!

While the pandemic made it impossible to visit the Baltinester store in person I found the on-line site easy to navigate, and Yoram answered all my questions almost before I asked them. My topic says it alls. Personal touch is what you are all about. I was introduced to Baltinester Jewelry by my soon to be wife. Yoram, not only called me, but we FaceTimed and he showed me all the things I asked of. The rings he had and the ideas I had. My budget and all the things I was concerned about. He even encouraged me to wait till there was a sale :) My delivery was on time. My product had a human touch to it and I love every piece I similar products.
