Great service and price, we ordered some roll up banners for one of our events in the US (I'm based in the UK) and was nice and easy to do. The order turned up at the venue on time and prints looked great. Will use BannerBuzz again for future US based events.

Not only was the banner blurry, but my expedited shipping took 5 days as it left from GA headed to NC, then SC, then a detour back to the original delivery area less then 1 hour mins from the sending warehouse… trash. My fault for using a last minute service for a last minute need.

Totally wrong, too small, it would not fit the stand smaller than a normal page, and the costumer service zero response, after hiring someone to assist with the design, and explaining i was in need of the banners for an event! I ended up cancelling the order because my artwork was always low quality even through it matched the specs they give. It looked great to me and we sized it correctly so they didn't have to blow it up to work. Every response is clearly AI generated with no human ever intervening to answer actual questions

This company is very dishonest and disappointing I purchased two custom decals magnets for my trailer gave them direct measurements and they send me all the wrong measurements and now refuse to hold up to there mistakes, please I regret dealing with this company on all levels please repeat please look elsewhere you will be very hurt and frustrated, they will take your money a big scam of a company and make it difficult for you to communicate with them, they customer service is the worse services ever, don't make the mistake I did as a new customer and trusted them, and you will not receive your item on time so please don't be hurt it's not wroth the hassle dealing with this company

Their design tool is easy to use when making your own feather flag. The staff were Super helpful pointing out small errors that I didn't notice. I sent them new logo png files and they updated what I originally submitted. I also requested that they adjust my logos to be symmetrical since I selected to have a front and back feather flag.

Your order process and submitting art process isn't very good. Too confusing. The large banner was approved, but shows up again a day later on another banner that was ordered. It was already approved, it should not have to be approved again.

PAid $100 extra to have flags arrive two days before event and dint receive them until 3 days after event baring them useless. When asked for a refund and was denied even though product was promised by a date.
