My dog had eye surgery the day I received the Barx Buddy. That was a week ago. So, just tried it this evening for the first time when he was at the door, anxious about other dogs he heard outside. His reaction then was to bark at the device and the light in his eyes.

So that was not what I expected. I shut it off and put it away for another try at it.

Also, he is a large 60 lb. Bully. I am a small person, female, and I am the one who walks Gordo (his name) frequently.

When Gordo lunges after another dog passing by while I walk him it is all I can do to hold on to him, besides pushing any button on any device wherever that may be.

I am going to hang it from a lanyard and see if I can do both at the same time.

I really want this to work as if it does it will make all of our lives easier and we will be able to take him out in more places.

When I purchased Barxbuddy I believed that I saw that there are tutorial videos on the website, but I have not been able to find them. Am I correct? Are there tutorials available? Where do I find them?

Arrived today one works the other one dose not work, not happy. Please send me another one or a refund.

Maybe if I would get the product, I might have a different review Tried contacting Barx Buddy twice and no responds I want my 47.00 dollars back if I not going to get the product, I guess that's the way to make money offer a product then when someone pays for it then never answer email or send the product nice scam.

I don't know anything yet I bought it for mother who is 80 and has 2 dogs thay love to bark just to bark and will 9nly stop if my mom gets up and gives them a treat thereby rewarding g them for bad behavior I'm hoping it will tra8n her ad well as the dogs

It kept my dog busy for 30 minutes. That's all the time the ball lasted. Chewed to bits.

Very easy and Pleasant, my neighbors dogs see me coming now will run away and hide. I go walking early in the morning at 3:40 and my neighbors don't wake up anymore.

Other than it taken so long to get here. Customer assistance was great.

Been having such a barking issue w my australian shepherd esp since our grandson arrived. The barxbuddy does not stress her out as i expected and make her more agitated. Its only been 2 days so far but im very optimistic & pleased

I got this product and it said that it was rechargeable...well, it wasn't. It took 2 AA batteries and lasted for 15 minutes. I put my new ones in and still 15 minutes and it was straining to keep going...Ugh.
I will ask for a full refund and never buy this again.
So sorry to leave a negative review, I sure wish it was in good standing and rating.

Within minutes the ball was chewed up and opened up on its own. I plan on returning them.

Received an email this morning asking me how I liked my BarxBuddy and it asked if I had received it yet. I told them at that time that I hadn't gotten it yet.

I'm still waiting to hear something about the delay.

Have not received it and you are not acknowledging this which is very frustrating.
