I've been ordering Cupcakes from Okra and Molly since the business first started. Always the best decorations and will even do custom decorations on your cake. I order for our dog(s), I send as gifts to friends who have recently adopted a dog, and I send to our local animal shelter for dogs having a special occasion.
What started as a simple question to them about storage turned into them berating me. Some of his direct responses to me:
" i am busy, we've got 60 cakes going out tomorrow and i'm giving those cakes the same attention i gave yours. Get over yourself and listen the first time. How many times do you need to be told? Help yourself to a moldy cake."
" stop sending me emails. Spend more time reading instructions."
I tossed the cake in the trash without even giving it to me dog. For him to wish my pup a moldy cake is despicable.

The first two cakes I order were fantastic. The third and most recent cake I ordered my Diablo would not even eat it. It was dry and half the cake was missing.
I reached out to customer service the day i received my dogs cake and two birthday crowns asking if i could just be refunded for the two crowns that costed $12 and probably costed them 50 cents to produce because they were all bent up and i couldn't smooth them out to use and they said because they have never heard of that complaint before they couldn't refund me. The cake was cute and came on time and i think my request for a small refund for the crowns was sensible and the fact that just because no one has said anything before about it they can't do anything. Would not repurchase just due to poor and rude customer service
