Shopping last night and had the best customer service with Sebastian & Robin were very helpful and it is hard to find great customer service like that anymore.
I received 3 e-gift cards as a gift. The pin codes wouldn't work. They kept saying invalid. I contacted customer service and they just kept sending me to other representatives and even executive leadership team members who were absolutely rude and not helpful at all. If I was on chat they'd close the chat to end it without any warning! I told them it's stated in their terms and conditions that if the card is lost, stolen or damaged they will replace it with the amount on the card when it's reported. I told them clearly it's damaged and I want replacement cards as their policy states. They talked to their executive leadership team and then ended the chat suddenly! It literally states they have to and refused! They were absolutely rude and not helpful at all!
If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, BBW or WB will replace it with the value of the card at the time replacement is requested if you provide the card number.
Placed order on 8/21 and never recieved order called and was told order number was incorret, But yet they still charged me for order and refused to do refund or send order. Told them i hade email confirming order and was still told they didn't care.So will never order online again from them.
Last week i was just browsing at causeway point bath & body work shop, until staff named Mercy introduced products wallflowers & I bought it. Thank to Ms. Mercy she's very educated in the products & very helpful.
I Orders Bath n Body Works Alot. Some Of The Lotion/Sprays Sticks W/U. Alot Is Losing Its Smell.
Worst Of All, They Don't Never Wanna Give U Your Points! I Signs In W/My Email All Of The Time. I Have To Call Them To Give Me My Points! Always! I'm Missing Points Now! Tired Of Them Cheating Me.
I was dealing with the cashier Michelle and she took her time in helping me with my multiple orders! The Bath and body Works Kissimmee, near St. Cloud.
They have many good products but the lotions aren't one of them. They are good for the scent but not really moisturizing. For $12 a bottle it's just not worth it.
I order from bath and body works all the time because I LOVE their products. I cannot stand the thot of receiving my package from them because this ALWAYS happens! If it's not my soaps it's my candles or wallflowers! They put absolutely nothing in the box to prevent this from happening! And when they do it's always deflated! Cmon bath and body! Get with the program!
I am,highly disappointed to learn that the pump style hand sanitizer,is discontinued. It has always been my go to keep in,my car.
As I order the special to get certain products for the low price of getting mix and match items for buy 3 get get 3 free. I order the wrong conditioner. Call in to see how to replace the item and was told put a note in the return as I didn't get a packinging slip let them know what I was swapping out. The cost of returning the one item was more than what I paid for the conditioner but was returning so I would have a matching shampoo and conditioner. I was told I have a credit of 9.75. I could order the correct conditioner online for the price of 16,95. Double what I paid at first and to price match the return would still cost me an extra 10.95 to ship the correct item to me. Talk to a supervisor BETH who said it would still be 10.95 to ship the correct item to me. She couldn't help take some of shipping costs off. Why would I pay 21.90 for a return when I was told it wouldn't be a problem. When they would get the product swap it out at no extra cost to me. When you live out of an area of no bath and body store close to you. You have to use online services. Very unhappy with the services received.
Their website is buggy and really bad! You won't know it's out of stock till you check out. And it doesn't tell you beforehand that the delivery leadtime is 10-14 working days! Crap!
I bought a bunch of wallflowers fragrances and wall plugs. The wall plugs only last a year if you're lucky! Also the fragrance's come in with bent wicks often. I reached out to customer service about this issue and they told me they would give me a discount if I ordered more. What! They are expensive and I want replacements for the damaged ones. Problem is, I bought a bunch at once. They last about a month. By the time I found the damaged ones, they said it was too long for them to help me. I even sent pictures of the issue. I will be shopping elsewhere for home fragrance now.
Just had a horrific experience with the customer call center. Agent was horrible. After 15 years plus of monthly purchases starting in 1991, I will never purchase from here again. Terrible service
We have purchased the foaming hand soap for a long time. Recently the bottle plunger has changed. It is hard to press it down and when it does it shoots out too much soap all over. This is by design to make you buy more. I am older and the pressure required hurts my wrists. I dont want to buy this product with that plunger any more!
This review is solely for Bath and Body Works website and online shopping experience. I love Bath and Body Works in general; I think they have quality products and wonderful scents. However, they need to fix issues with ordering items online. I placed an order on 7/4/23, and on 7/8/23, nearly half of the items in the order were canceled. The next day, on 7/9/23, all of the items that had been canceled from my order were available online to order. They all said they were in stock, and I was able to proceed through checkout procedures (without completing the purchase). These items were on sale when I purchased them, and then Bath and Body Works canceled them, despite the fact that they are showing up as "in stock" online less than 24 hours later. Now, if I want to buy them again, I have to pay full price. These items were canceled at a total price of $49.96, those same items now cost $97.61. Nearly twice as much. Some of these items were supposed to be a gift. I wanted them to just reorder those items at the same sale prices I originally ordered them at, but they wanted to send me a 20% coupon instead. I would recommend shopping in-store whenever possible, because at least then you know what items are available to be purchased.
I placed an order on June 15. When it appeared to go missing in transit, I reached out and was told to wait four days before I could do anything. Waited five days, reached out again, was told to wait ANOTHER four days before they could do anything. Reached out again this morning and was told AGAIN to wait four days. I don't think so. What a joke. When I finally got through to what might have been a human operator I was told that I have 'great taste in fragrance!'. What a silly and insincere thing to say to a frustrated customer. After having me provide all of my details a second time (I'd of course given them all to the bot but that info wasn't passed along) I was told that my order appears to be lost (really, ya think?) but that they can't fulfill it now because everything I ordered is out of stock. The order was over $100 so I find it hard to believe that nothing I ordered was available, but okay. They refunded my original payment method and said I should see the refund credited in 14 business days. What a waste of time and energy. Never again B, B, & B. Your product isn't that great anyway.
Worst experience in any store in a very long time. Cashier wouldn't honor a 20% discount coupon because she couldn't read the bar code altho it said it was valid til July 30th 2023.she eung my order up without the discount. I made her refund it. I called customer service, spoke to. Supervisor would looked up my order to verify it. Then he placed the order.gave me.the discount and free shipping plus said he would add ane.xtra item as an apology for the snippy unprofessional employee I had to deal with. So the store gets zero stars the supv at customer.service gets 5 stars! So being there r not half stars I have the rating of 2!
I had an issue with an online order so I contacted BBW csr, the rep basically promised me something he couldn't honor and didn't even bother to put the notes in the system, so when I called back to get what he'd promised, I looked like a complete idiot trying to explain. I asked to speak to a supervisor Esther (the worst customer service experience in all of my years dealing with BBW) she said she couldn't honor what the csr promised and I asked her to forward the call to corporate. She then went on to say that my account was under review because I've been having too many issues and corporate would look into every single issue with a fine tooth comb and there are cameras...wait, what? Cameras? I said are you accusing me of something? Completely accusatory and almost as if she tried to intimidate me into not reporting my issues. I told her that when I pay my hard earned money, I expect to get what I pay for EVERYTIME! And if there is an issue, I will report it EVERYTIME. I'm so disgusted and offended by her comments!
Always canceling items that was already paid for. This is the third time they sending me email to say items been cancelled but was told they would be here on a certain day I'm done with bath n body works
Customer service was NOT knowledgeable! I wanted to cancel an order. No help at all. Rude and stupid
Answer: I used to think Bath and Bodyworks products were worth all the money they charge but now after buying my last batch of candles the fragrance has decreased tremendously. No lie.
Answer: I don't think they are watered down. The items I buy smell good for a long time. They are a great purchase. And, price
Answer: None cheaper when Bath & Body Works has a sale. Disappointing.
Answer: I think that the lotions don't hydrate my skin. I like the candles…if I can get what I want before they sell out.
Answer: My daughters and I always buy from Bath & Body Works. People do notice the difference, because the smells are nice and warm and last long.
Answer: No, and my skin is sensitive. I have not had no bad experience with any of their items.
