The Bavarian Clock Works web site is easy to navigate and it was easy to make a purchase. Our chalet clock is Absolutely beautiful. We love it. It is slightly different then the one we ordered from your web site as you can see from the photo BUT it has all the things we wanted; The chimney sweep, the deer and the man carrying clocks.

My debit card was declined because there was no place to put a separate billing address (which has a different zip code than my shipping address), so I had to use PayPal. Other than that, great experience!
One wood finial was broken. I fixed it with a bit of wood glue.
