This is the second clock I've purchased from Bavarian Clockworks this year. I've been really pleased with them. Cuckoo clocks are fragile and complicated, yet my 19" model arrived in great shape from Fittengen, Germany. I've never had a better shopping or customer service experience at any retail store.
