I have been looking for a trustworthy company for my jewellery business supplies and have been very pleased to discover Beadpark, and have been one of their regular customers, returning time and time again because their products are of excellent quality and their customer service is prompt, courteous and, most importantly, very efficient in sorting any enquiries efficiently. Truly deserving 5 stars!

Prompt shipping, huge selection, and great prices - this is the ultimate in bead shopping. I've never seen a site with as much variety as I have here. It's definitely worth checking out - and no minimum order requirements!

I have been ordering from Beadpark since July 2019 and am quite happy with the quality of the items I purchased. 99.8% of them are usable and make beautiful jewelry. There are articles of inferior quality from time to time, but they are rare and forgivable in view of the quantities and price. Packaging and logistics are beyond reproach. I have had no issues with customer service.

Products are accurately described and as pictured. Fast shipment, smooth transaction, very good customer service, I purchased first time from here and it exceeded my expectations, I will purchase again for sure.

BeadPark has an enormous variety of stock bound to tickle anyone's fancy. I have received 1 order(very well packaged and delivered fast) and already placed 2 new ones. The pictures are true to what you will receive and huge order packing doesn't take longer than a week, small order of about 50 different items took them 5 hours to pack - incredible. My only wish is that the pictures would load a bit faster while I'm browsing so I could go through number and number of pages of stock quicker, its hard to decide when you don't know what exactly you're getting - its all so stunning.

I ordered around 6 different products and they arrived faster than I expected. They were very well packaged and protected for shipping. I am very satisfied with the items I received.

Amazing business! The products are just as pictured and amazing quality plus, despite saying 2-3 weeks shipping I find mine normally come in 1.5 weeks so even better!

Really happy with the products and prices. Easy to use website. Deliveries received within 2 weeks, which is great. Updates regarding tracking order received regularly. Have bulk ordered 5 times now (1 recently so still pending) and have never had an issue, so cannot comment on customer service aftercare, but the fact I have not had to use this service speaks volumes.
