Ntftytn.shop is a scam site putting a web page over legitimate sites. I ordered three large items. They went as far having a tracking number to get a cheap little elastic knee support brace delivered. So they were trying to delay for time to keep money.
I ordered a white kitchen sink that ended up being off white. When I asked for a return (multiple times) I was ignored. I haven't heard anything in a month and a half.
I ordered two "2 Drawer Vertical File Cabinet with Lock & Bookshelf, Printer Stand with Open Storage Shelves; Item #*******" and they were damaged with bent metal parts, numerous parts with chipped paint, cracked drawer bottoms, and parts that were dented.
Ordered a couch that said it was made of leather. The item arrived, but it's not leather but man-made material. Customer support stops responding when I ask them to pay for the shipment back because it's an error on their website, and their advertisement is misleading. The threads on the photo are from the back of the material that is supposed to be leather.

Our normal go to store in Largo Mall was closed. We drove to Countryside Mall in Clearwater Fl. When arrived and asked a question if an employee on the floor she was extremely rude. The lady trying to ring up my order was a total flake. After three attempts for her to do it correctly, we left. The drove to St Petersburg. We purchased our products there

Bought a $50 gift card for my granddaughters birthday. She tried to use it today and was told they can't accept the card because they are in bankruptcy. I can file a claim but it may take up to a year. That is some lousy business practices! Shame on you!

Purchase picture. Employee at Arlington, Tx store said even though store closing I could return it within 30 days. I went back to return it a few days later and she lied and said she didn't say it could be returned. I said run the security footage. I left this store realizing this entire company's down fall include people who don't have good values.
Don't let the there advertising of deep discounts reel you in and if you do! Do your homework I compar3d varius Items to Amazon and even with there discounts, 10,20 and 30%. Amazon is still cheaper...
Ordered 2 bamboo pillows, $58, i received 2 micro fiber pillows, (which are in walmart for $5 each) been almost a month and still have not received a refund and a sent back the garbage they sent me, all bed bath says is contact seller. WHY... they were ordered from bed bath beyond. Never order from bed bath beyond again, time to call solve it 7
So I ordered a foam bean bag chair for $125 online when it arrived there was zero foam in it it's just a cover then I found out it cost $40 for 10 lb of foam and this chair takes 100 lb of it on top of that the blankets I ordered they sent the wrong colors worst online shopping experience I have ever had if I could give them less than one star like a tenth of a star that's what I'd give them. I do plan on contacting the better Business bureau about it
I order a coffee table from them, because I though quality is going to be bettered, on n on well is been over 2 weeks, and no table but they got my money same day. I call they inform me that deliver was done to my old address but not to worry that they are sending me other table but I call again n they lie to me at this time this guy, told me, that he was going to open a case! So what they think? But I will report them

I had a credit card with Bed Bath & Beyond payed it off and closed my account and will never shop at this store or Buy Buy Baby. I was terribly sick and missed my payment date. It had been 16months since I had a late payment and they would not honor the fee reversal and said they changed their policy to 18months.
This is bull**** and so is shopping at their store! Goodbye!
The online CSR's (Customer Service Reps) are a waste of time.
#1. BOT tells you it's 30 min wait for an agent
#2.30 min's is not correct, it's more than an hour
#3. Agents have zero accountability and drop out of the conversation if they can't help by putting you back in the que
CSR's are dinged if they spend more time with customers than the company allows., so if they are unable to help or if they feel like dropping you, the Bed Bath and Beyond online CSR's put you back in the que and you have to wait all over again for an "agent". If you stay in the chat and ask for a supervisor, they will insult you by giving you an excuse that has nothing to do with the online conversation or complaint. If you click to have the transcript emailed to you, you'll never get it.
Don't waste your time. If you're having trouble with an online order, move on, buy it elsewhere, cuz these guys are not worth the trouble, especially considering all of the purchase options available.

Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
Answer: Bed Bath & Beyond is a scam! They took my money and NEVER sent my order and won't give me a refund! The worste online shopping experience I have ever had!
