Terrible customer service. They DO NOT accept their own coupons if the emailed you in Canada from New Jersey, USA and you try to redeem in USA? They take 60 days to remover an old email so I could sign up for emails in USA. I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on
Raleigh NC Sumner Blvd store offered no customer service for any of the 3 reps that tried to 'help'. All I wanted was to use a 20% off coupon on a $35 box of coffee and my order total was $41 - obviously no coupon had bee applied. Cxxx's response was 'I scanned the coupon' that is all I can do'. I left after 2 more reps refused to investigate why the coupon did not work.
I got scammed from bed bath and beyond company I placed my order 12/12 I got a notification that my package was delivered on the 19th I found out that my package wasn't delivered to the right location and also the FedEx driver took pic of the wrong package I called to complain and they replaced my order and I supposed to get it delivered thro USP by today and they give me tracking number that it was off and weird bc the package tracking location it was in Florida on 12/24 and now it's in Colorado that's not where I live I live in Florida so how is that and everytime I called to get refund they told me it's possible to get money back so they scammed me took my money never received anything
Ordered 3 8in.cake pans on the 12/10 and expected to receive by end of week and this is 12/22.Apparently after 2 hours of phone work on 12/19 I found out thru USPS that the shipping label was damaged and package was never scanned for delivery. I called BB&B on12/19 and explained the problem. First person without loooking at shipping history said computer says it will be delivered today disregarding my information. Called a second time and this person was helpful and after checking said they would reorder and ship it overnight and get an email confirmation the next day which I was pleased. No email came and no package by12/22 so I called again and was told computer says its being delivered today.I went thru what USPS told again and she said they would reorder it again and I asked why this wasn't done on Monday and she said they were waiting on me to call back to tell them it did not come on Monday. THIS WAS NEVER SAID TO ME TO DO and if I hadn't called back I would still be waiting. So much for the special cake for Christmas.
I ordered item online. It was delivered to the wrong address. They tried delivery 2 more times with door dash, and the order was cancelled both times. They only refunded me the item amount and not shipping even though they never got the item to where it was supposed to go! Horrible!
My very first time in this Store And NEVER AGAIN! The service was poor and lack luster, these people acted like they did not want to be there! The whole vibes was disturbing to me, cashier not making eye contact! Two of the on the side whispering! Lol it was weird!
Bought a personalized carving board which came with a stain on it (I sent pictures as proof.) Customer service solution #1: I order a new one, pay a second time and send the damaged back and wait for the money to put back on my credit card after they receive the item. I asked them to send out a replacement for free and as soon as I have it I would send the damaged one back which was denied. Solution #2: If I would try to fix it and keep it they give me 10$ BUT only to the so called wallet! Since I don't know if I ever buy from BBB I asked to put the 10$ back on my credit card which was denied too. That is unbelievable, that is no customer service at all. It is not my fault that the item arrived with a stain so why don't you find a customer friendly solution. Management never contacted me like promised. BBB that's a shame.
The La Habra store is closing down. I bought and item that is not working and there is not way to know until you install it. Unfortunately because it is final sale, I couldn't get my money back. Be careful. Better don't buy. Don't give away your money for nothing. $20. The store managers don't have power. Their just doing their job.
Every thing I ordered on black Friday was cancelled. Yet when I get on the site it shows the products are available at a higher price. This will be my last resort when shopping.
Tried to do an order...computer screw up on there part resulted jn corrupt order...the order came to 166.67 yet my account was debited for 1169.67 for an order that does not exist...customer service is a waste of time... people you cannot understand reading from a book...have to get bank to launch an investigation while BBB holds are money ransom...never again... most reviews of this company are not good...BEWARE
I purchased a LOT of items from BBB (mostly online) over the past couple of months, as we were furnishing two vacation rentals. We bought bedding, curtains, blankets, throw pillows, bathroom and kitchen items. They both turned out beautifully. We were unsure regarding our color scheme, so I ordered a number of alternative items in different colors and styles, which we later needed to return. Because of the volume of our returns, I called Cust Service to clarify the procedure. They told me I could just take everything to my local store. When we went in this morning, we were expecting a "cool" reception at best, in light of the amount of time and work that would be involved. Instead, we were greeted cheerfully by the Manager (Jane), who asked an Associate (Paul) to help us. Paul was very patient and understanding and managed to scan and locate all the items and apply each purchase to the appropriate credit card, as we had used three. They absolutely made our day by making this process quick and easy. I will definitely continue to shop at BBB!
Dirty laundry is their business. Wrote a review before about getting no where on a back order. Well the last update said to be shipped by October 1,2022. Items still not delivered to me. Ordered July 29,2022. Avoid ordering from a company whose higher ups don't care about customer satisfaction. Just their checks and bonuses.
I am still waiting on 7 wash clothes and 3 hand towels ordered on July 29,2022. At first they emailed merchandise to be delivered by August 9th. I did receive the 2 twin bed sets, paper plates and 1 of a set of 4 other wash cloths. Finally was emailed that the other 3 of the one set of wash cloths were out of stock. This left the 7 wash clothes and 3 hand towels. Saying now shipment should be out on these by September 17,2022. When I have texted or talked to them they are rude and repeat that I will have after they get to them. Asked for similar items at same cost. You would have thought I was asking the impossible. I also asked why did they not have the ability to have a running total on stock like other companies. I guess they don't need my business. I guess their higher ups only care about their checks and bonuses. NO WONDER the business is in trouble. The only store near me was about 25 miles from me closed. Sad all around.
Over the past couple of years, I've noticed a radical decline in the Bed Bath & Beyond shopping experience. Their choice to promote their house brands over the top-quality merchandise consumers had grown accustomed to has, no doubt, resulted in this decline. Top-quality brands are hardly ever in stock. And the quantity of the ones that are in stock is annoyingly low. I don't see them surviving 2023. Lastly, one of the two items I ordered on September 26 hasn't even been shipped. Today is October 3. In addition, the rewards program switch-up they've pulled is confusing and will probably cause them to lose more customers. I will not be renewing my rewards program with them. And I caution anyone else against doing so.
I just went in the bed Bath and beyond. I was in the store for about 42 minutes and no one offered to help. There were several people stocking shelves and checking out but no assistance was offered
I used to love BBB, but stopped shopping with them as much as the merchandise seem to like Sears, Kmart, JCpenny not keep pace with trends. The stuff all looks low end and like it would mostly be used in your Grandmother's trailer. You used to go in there and the bedding was wonderful and of the same quality as what you would find at Nordstrom and old Macy's before Macy's got kind a tacky.
I hope they can adjust quality and easy of ordering and the annoyances on the website and save themselves as I would be truly sad to see them go. The stock was so limited I bough few things for the dorm or for my home as they had nothing I liked the styling. The problem might be the Buyers. Where Walmart, target and Amazon have gone up, they, Land's End, Sears and Macy's have gone down.
When you can order and check out at Amazon and Target and have fresh tasteful styles in home goods being sold at Walmart (who would have called that?) why go to BBB and look for 1 or 2 styles of dust broom. Or 3 ugly brooms. They used to be the place that had 17 different scrubbers. So think what they are buying and selling is only appealing to older people, or people with limited income that can't afford to shop elsewhere.
I think better designed hipper products and of a slightly better quality and a website where one did not encounter an issue every time you tried to check out would go a long way. I think it's mostly the borning stock the high shipping and site hiccups. I shop with Amazon as I can get free shipping.
Since your company has decided to stop carrying My Pillow products 60% of this country will never shop at these stores again and we are the 60% with jobs and money. Might as well close them all.

I have attempted to place 3 orders with my new credit card and all have been canceled by your system without explanation, your customer service representatives have no idea how to answer a customer inquiry, they copy the templates and paste them to answer the same thing over and over. No one has any idea why my 3 purchases were canceled and my bank has told me 10 times that the merchant is canceling the transactions
I went to bed bath and beyond baldhill road Warwick, RI about a month ago and I am still upset. I bought a set of sheets over 100.00 value. Got them home and opened up to wash sheets. There was only a flat sheet the wrong color. Brought back to the store with feeling like a criminal. I was asked why I waited a week to return. Explained I work daily. The manager and sales person made me feel l was a criminal. I finally said if you checked your returns like you are supposed to this would never happen. So instead of trying to embarrass me in front of the store do your job this would not of happened. I can't tell you how every time I get an email or see the store I get ill. Is there no customer service training for these jobs.

I don't know where to begin? Items are sold to consumers that are not in stock. After you've placed the order, you don't find out for several days that part of your order is delayed 3+ weeks. If I had known, I would not have ordered as I needed the items urgently and would have purchased elsewhere. The item finally arrived a month after purchase, but was packed in a flimsy plastic bag. The tube of product was smashed, the screw on top was forcibly popped off and contents leaked in the bag. When I go to get a refund, they short me $1.00 on the item price. Trying to reach anyone is an exercise in futility, waiting more than 20 minutes at times, no less than 15. When you get someone, they just appear clueless, extremely busy, and unhelpful. I cannot understand how in the world these people stay in business! Worst I've ever seen, and it would be very easy to fix, but consistently this bad on purpose.
Answer: It's not hard to get them on the line, but they are all foreign so they didn't understand exactly what I was talking about
Answer: How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
Answer: Bed Bath & Beyond is a scam! They took my money and NEVER sent my order and won't give me a refund! The worste online shopping experience I have ever had!
