I used them for one day in July. They could not get me for the information that I needed. Unknown to me they continued to charge me for service in August, September and October. Expensive trial. I will never recommend or use again.

Been Verified had no real information about anyone I looked up. Addresses, phone numbers, and criminal history is not up to date. Been Verified didnt do anything for me besides give me a headache with all the repetitive bs. Reletives, family members, neighbors, phone numbers, it's all wrong. I don't know If I should feel safe that no one can find me or worried because according to Been Verefied im living at a place I've never lived in and using a number I haven't used in almost 10-20 years. Complete waste of time.

I am in ongoing custody battle, very complicated involving way too many people. Thanks to been verified I have been able to find address phone numbers to people I have been looking for. Once even I was looking up the nurse who was rude and neglectful to me while I was in the ER. I was able to find her with limited information and by identifying her middle name was able to find her on board of nursing website and take appropriate steps. Some stuff is not accurate, but mostly it is. I was able to find my boyfriend assets. I was able to verify ownership of property and contact for my exes neighbors to call them as witnesses. Also, they went above and beyond by refunding me immediately the money already paid when I asked to cancel subscription immediately. I should say I am very, very impressed, with transparency and immediate communication. Vsz

Tried and tried to cancel! BOTH times the agent intentionally hung up on me! They gave their spiel about "aren't you lucky, we'll send you a free visa giftcard just verify your info" and WOULDN'T STOP even after I said NO I just wanted to cancel. The first guy openly got mad and hung up. Called back. Next lady hung up right away after trying to give the same "gift card" and my cutting her short. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. They won't allow you to cancel!

I never subscribed. I did a $1 trial and found the product did not even work.
Five days later they charged me $26.89

This site has people call and abuse you to confirm your personal private information. They dont care if they put you in danger or your kids. There costumer service is $#*! they try to manipulate you into to getting a link that costs money sent to your phone. So you can text there costumer service and they purposely prevent you from speaking to a live person and the phone will hangup on you. It records your number and then they put it out on there site publically so if you want your info removed dont use your phone to call, never use real info to contact them. These people are vultures and get people hurt. NEVER confirm any info over the phone they have messed up tactics DONT confirm your name

I only needed the name of a person who texted me. That's it. Their Google link said don't bother with a full report, click here and just get their name and State. And then they started generating a full report, refusing to give me the name unless I buy the whole thing. Even if I wanted to do that, I wouldn't because the last time I did, they told me the person was in the state of Washington and they were in the state of Florida. My sister also used it and out of 10 people that she looked up - old friends that she wanted to get in contact with again - eight were bad email addresses and social media accounts.

Site does not provide information as advertised. 30 minutes on hold waiting for assistance, then the call was dropped. No assistance from text either. Worthless.

Not worth your money. It's amalgamated google info, you still have 4 or 5 possible people attached to a phone on reverse phone look up, and there are no active phone numbers for Beenverified company. Their website number link is not in service. Poor business quality. Rip off.

They claimed that they can find all the information you need on someone. Everyone i searched had lengthy criminal records and always show up on internet searches, ECT. Beenverified did not find any criminal records on anyone. Couldn't even locate me! What a waste of time. Do not waste your time or money on them. Not worth it. There info is not updated or current at all. I come up on all types of site but yet they couldn't find me at all. Couldn't believe it! I'm mad about the fact that i wasted so much time searching things that couldn't be found! Seriously use another site! They suck! 2

They automatically charged took $28.27 out of my bank account twice saying that it is what I initially signed up for upon my initial service plan... bunk bs because their run you around in circles website does NOT let you put a STOP to these monthly charges using your bank card numbers. The site has a software designed and set up to confuse you and lead you along a dog and pony show throwing a hoodwink blanket covering over your eyes to frustrate you. I had to "Google it" how to CANCEL this scam from taking other $28.27 auto payments out of my bank account. Been Verified is a poor excuse for a service... period. What a waste of my $58.54 which easn't worth $5.

Been Verified stole money from my account. This company is a SCAM. The site contains false information and makes false promises.

Out dated info, wrong info damaging effect on my privacy. Poor out dated phone numbers, very dissapointed

DON'T USE THIS SCAM SERVICE! I used it find a person or a vehicle only to find no data. They sold me no data! I got a refund. But wait, there's more! They secretly charged me a month later for a service I no longer used. They didn't even have the decency to notify me of an upcoming charge. I thought I had completed my business with them. I telephoned them and demanded my money back and finally canceled their scam.

These putos are like the mosquitoes that don't quit pestering you to suck more blood from you. I have warned you. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Find a better service.

I searched on a scammer's phone number. BeenVerified said it found the information and required a small payment and a subscription to access the report. When I finally got to view the report, it said it had been unable to find any information, AT ALL, about the number. To be fair, they refunded me everything when I called and cancelled my account but they should have told me upfront that the search had been unsuccessful. What BV did borders on fraud.

If you open up their site, you will think what you are doing is free, but what you don't know is by doing so you some how have agreed to pay them using PayPal. It with a monthly reoccurring payment. The payment is set up to be paid early in the morning hours and you wont notice the notification of PayPal's payment going through and it happens every month until you catch the of $13.44. It cost me $26.88 to learn my lesson... don't be schooled by BeenVerified!

I checked myself out and most of it was completely wrong or some made up mess. I don't know who they get their data from, but I've lived at the same address for the last 22 years and not where they say I've lived. Not to mention the email addresses listed were completely wrong except for 1.
Then I checked out my sister's criminal history and most of it didn't list what she had gotten in trouble for. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this useless site. It said $17 under the 3 months and I clearly didn't see that smaller font below stating I'd have to pay $52 that first time. Rip off.
