Buyers experience was ok, products are good quality and had no issues with shipping.
Choices are limited and would like more inventory or more choices of products. Other than that everything went smooth.

Ordered product Jan 28th, for valentine's day, did not get till the end of Feb. My wife loved the night gowns/sleepwear.

Satisfied. I searched google and the items I required were available from Bellewholesale. Quality was good and it arrived very quickly.

I ordered in January and received half my order in March the other half was out of stock and I received a refund. Unfortunately the stockings I ordered are very tight at the top, so tight I couldn't wear them for fear of stopping the blood circulation. Sorry to be blunt but it is the truth.

Worst customer service. I noticed the address was wrong contacted them right away was told be up to 24 hrs for a response and then they shipped it. I was told that I would have to wait until the person at the wrong address to send back. There was no help

Product was not as described; I asked for a refund, customer service sent one message a day in 10% discount increments until the time frame for getting a refund ran out.

I ordered 2 hoodies, they arrived in a more than acceptable time considering they're shipping from abroad. The hoodie are much better than expected. They look exactly like the images, are made from a lovely thick material, lovely and cosy and look fantastic on, a bit more glamorous than a normal hoodie. I would definitely buy from here again.

Just hope the sizes are accurate but good website easy to use

Fair. Shipping was slow and more expensive compared to other outlets providing similar products….and tracking the package was difficult on their website, until the shipment arrived in the USA, at which point it was more easily-trackable.

Product came late. Website stated 2 week shipping after Product is processed. Product was processed 5 days after purchase, but I didn't receive the product until 6 weeks later. When I received the product, I noticed the poor quality of the item immediately. The same day I received the product, I asked for a refund. I was going back and forth with customer service for 4 days over the percentage of the refund that they were willing to pay, before they finally gave me a return address and a full refund upon receiving the returned product. I paid for the return because this company doesn't send you a prepaid return label.

So far so good. It fits for a few of us that are shopping online.
