Ordered an item for my wife as they were the sole site to have it in stock in her size. After the order I had some concerns and customer service answered me immediately quelling them, they even gave us a coupon for a future purchase which we plan to use verynsoon! Great work and great service.
It is very concerning to get hit with a fraud alert on your site. I have placed this order with the hopes I actually receive what I paid for.
The purchase was flagged because it was to be shipped to my daughter in-law at a different address instead of my address it went into hold. The verification process was a combination of phone calls/texts and twice executing a verification from a email link. Although the processes both said it completed successfully was deemed not acceptable. Ultimately after yet another phone call to verify my address I had to have the item shipped for free to my address which matched the billing address. Now I get to pay to ship it to my daughter in-law.

FWRD has a beautiful selection of clothes, bags, and jewelry! It is fairly pricey, but if you ever need to find something for an event, gala, wedding, or cocktail party, you can easily find something!
This is my first purchase from FWRD and so far so good. I had been eyeing these pair of sneakers for awhile now and found them on sale at FWRD. The shipment arrived a few days earlier than expected which made things even better. Everything was of great quality and they packaged the shoes in its original box and then in a nice corrugated shipping box which can easily be repurposed for storage. So far, the product (shoes) have been comfortable and stylish. I love them.
