I had to buy another Miele. My first Miele is still going strong, but my daughter's vacuum died. We only have tile or wood floors due to allergies and my first Miele was perfect for that. It will be perfect for her home too. I love my new Miele Blizzard, it should last me the rest of my life. The first one is over 20 years old and still working perfectly. I would also like to thank Best Vacuum for their excellent advise on the best vacuum for my situation.
I sent an email asking how to return the wrong vacuum cleaner bags I ordered. I received a phone call the same day and was emailed a return label shortly after the phone call. I also was able to order the correct bags while on the phone. The bags arrived yesterday, which was a couple days later. It's nice to do business who does all the right things.
