I've ordered twice from this company so far this year. They're working and printing up the t-shirts you want. Everyone has suffered due to the pandemic. Mail is running slow and that is not they're faught. Better than pants is up and running. They might be short handed but, as is well with them.
I ordered a t-shirt from these people on April 3,2021. I sent them an e-mail and tried calling them and left a message on April 23rd and April 27th and have heard nothing. I have since filed a complaint with PayPal. Best stay away from them.
I ordered on 12/8/2020. Their site says they ship around 3 days after ordering and my credit card was charged the day I put in my order. Try weeks. I didn't get my order in till after Christmas on 12/28/2020. Prior to receiving my shipment, I repeatedly tried to contact them. Never got a response from them.

They will not send your items. They will not take any calls. They will not respond to email. They didn't even respond to PayPal when I filed a complaint about them. SCAMMERS
We ordered two shirts of which cost 47.47 and we never received our products and they will not answer the telephone or return a phone call or an e-mail to us. this place is obviously a rip off, a scam do not purchase anything.
These people do not deliver the product, complete fraud, as other reviews say, scammers, they need to be imprisoned.
I ordered 2 t shirts as gifts. After reading reviews I attempted to contact them... there is no customer support, no contact what so ever. It's been a month and I've called their false customer support number, have left over 10 emails and nothing... no shirts, no response... stole my money! Calling my credit card company next... avoid... someone needs to be jailed!
After prolonged attempts to reach this company. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau online. I was connected to the correct office for this company's location. Within a week I had a full refund. Gather as much info as you can about your purchase transaction and BetterThanPants.com info (available on their website) and file a complaint. They will reach out to the company and you should get satisfaction finally. Good luck!
Order a shirt and no shirt no response got PayPal involved maybe I will get my money back. Please don't get sucker in and buy a shirt form theses con artists.
I ordered shirts on August 5th. They charged my card right away. Most e-commerce sites charge once the product is shipped. Well, its now 5 weeks later and the product has not shipped. I sent an email, I filled out their contact form on their website, and I have called them twice (got voicemail) and they have never taken the time to respond. Stay away!
I'm here because I ordered a tshirt a month ago for my sister's birthday and it's still "in production" and it still hasn't shipped. I checked DomainBigData.com and this site has been around since 2008. Most of these reviews are from within the last 2-3months. Same thing going on Google Reviews. I wonder what happened...? Did the owner croak? I hate giving it one star, but something hinky is going on...

And by 'Switch', i mean they switched to nothing. Nothing is what I got for my money. They are Probably using the money you sent them to defend against trademark infringement lawsuits from the Cohen Brothers and The Big Lebowski rights holders... because you aren't getting a shirt that's for sure. If no stars was an option that's what they deserve. Also jail. These guys are straight up petty crooks on an internet scale.
Paid for shirts 45 days ago. Never received a tracking number or email saying they shipped. Sent 5 emails with no response. Paypal has tried to contact them with no luck. Stay away. Stay far away.
Ordered shirts on Aug. 5th. Got an email confirming the received my order & MY MONEY... skip to Sept. 3rd... still nothing... no items. I checked the tracking and it still says they are processing my order. They have been doing this since Aug. 5th... No one responds to the 3 emails I sent or the live chat option they have but no one answers. I think I just got robbed! Stay far away from these type of companies...
