I was sceptical of ordering from here since I've only seen some people talk about it but THIS SITE IS WONDERFUL. I'm from Canada and I ordered four books from here and they all came within 2-3 weeks. The shipping is not fast but that's mostly because some books required international shipping but the books are so cheap and in great condition. Three of them were in the "used very good" condition and they're all excellent! The description of the quality is very accurate. Would recommend this site of anyone who's looking for cheaper books

Finally found a book supplier not affiliated with Amazon. This company rescues books, sells them at really affordable prices, most with free shipping. I have bought new and used and have received orders when they said I would. Selection is nearly endless, I could spend hours on the site. I've ordered new books, old books, crochet books, educational books, novels... they have everything. I sent my aunt a crochet book and it was delivered very quickly. Unless I'm buying at my locally owned bookstore I'm using Better World Books. Especially during the pandemic and now while I'm healing from a broken foot, I shop online.

Better World Books has a great selection of books and low prices. Delivery was prompt, packaging was excellent, condition was as described. But there was a carbon offset charge with a prefilled checkbox. It was a voluntary charge but I failed to unclick on the box. Sometimes the budget is tight and you just don't want to pay upcharges. So I didn't like that aspect of the checkout process.
