As I have ordered from Big bad toy store a few times some big orders some small orders I have never experienced a problem my shipments came in undamaged as they should as if I was going to resell them that's the biggest yay of them all the timing of the shipment was absolutely perfect so here's my yays as far as my nays I don't have any customer service was profound how easy it was to order pay and receive my goods the quality in which I got for the goods that I got are of that collectors status thank you big bad toy store for your price point and not scalping thank you big bad toy store for the quality of service that your customers deserve and thank you big bad toy store for timely shipping care of packing yay yay yay yay yay order from this company you'll be glad you did

The post office can deliver a package anywhere in the country between four and seven days. The big bad toy store uses FedEx SmartPost which claims they can ship any package anywhere in the United States within two to seven days working Monday through Saturday this is from their website. It is now been 2 weeks and I still have not received my package this is not the first time I have experienced this with the big bad toy store luckily there are other four other retailers plus eBay that I have been able to get collectibles from. Only use big bad toy store if it's your last resort

This is a long overdue review but FedEx lost my package (a limited edition statue) and as a last resort, I called BigBadToyStore customer service to see what my options were. I knew there wasn't much that BigBadToyStore could do since FedEx was the one who lost the package but David (the person who picked up the call) was super amazing, suggested I waited a little more just incase FedEx suddenly finds the statue while putting a new statue on hold. He called FedEx himself to see what was going on AND even after the call with me, he made sure to call and email me back every week to check how the status was going. FedEx did eventually find the package after a month but I just wanted to note how personal BigBadToyStore's customer service was. Thank you so much David!

I ordered a Hot Toys Iron Man. Item shipped internationally but wasnt provided tracking. 3+ months since item shipped still nothing. Contacted Big Bad and they say once shipped they do not claim responsibility and I was on my own. Lost nearly $500.

If you ordered a model kit from them that originates from Japan, you should review how Japan produces and distributes platic model kits. In Japan, most of these manufactures DO NOT have warehouses, they produce kits monthly and only produce a select amount and type of kits, once they are gone, that is it until they decide to make another production run. Each producton run can be months or years apart depending on the manufacture and how they view that specific kits ability to sell. Since they do not have warehouses, they do not make every model kit every month. So, when you pre-order a kit from a US seller, they are at the mercy of when the Japanese manfacture decides to make another production run of that kit. There are many cases where certain kits only have one production run per year, so if you pre-order, it can easily be a year+ before the seller gets more. Be prepared and make sure you read the sellers policies BEFORE you pre-order. Any estimated delivery dates are just that, an estimate, and can change at any time.

I have ordered from BBTS as well as other businesses like them and have seen many cases where a specific item does not have another production run for 6+ months, and most of these retailers give you the option to either cancel your pre-order or wait.

I have been buying figures with them for almost 3 years now and 0 complains. Yes, is true that sometimes they take more time to handling the preorders compared to other retailers, but I think that is because they are one of the most popular retailers in USA for collectors. One thing is sure, they are legit! So don't be afraid of getting your precious collectibles from here.

An amazing online store to purchase from! We had a slight problem with a broken collectible that my 9 year old ordered. They went above and beyond to replace the item, and even let him keep the broken one. Will definately order from them again in the future.

I purchased the product from bigbadtoystore and paid for express international shipping. The shipment got return to bigbadtoystore due to somereason, I emailed customer service team few times, the only thing they tell me is wait for some weeks until the shipment get returned to them. They will not do anything if the shipment is not returned to them, as a customer, I paid for everything including shipping and have to wait for so long without any confidence that the products I bought can be returned to them, who knows when I can get them. I ask for refund and got reject. I will not suggest anyone to buy any product from them.

When you make preorder from them always late when Item was release 1 month ago not even shipped out late, the price was 60% more them what price was give.

I have had over 60 orders in the past year and have not had one issue. Great customer service and timely shipping. Easy to cancel pre orders and website is very Easy to navigate. Highly recommend TheBigBadToyStore.

I pre ordered two products and the dates kept getting pushed back without any communication from the BBTS team. It has been 5 months since the order and I have cancelled the preorders after losing hope they would ever actually ship. Other stores with the same model kits shipped these models already and know I have to go to the secondary market to find what I thought I had locked down. Very disappointing

The estimated delivery window for when I made an order passed months ago, originally, I was only supposed to wait 3 months, now a year later after I have forgotten about the whole ordeal, I get a notification about shipping and payment which took me all afternoon to find out what it was about, there is no button to cancel the order on their site. I recommend to anyone reading this to steer clear of these people.

I have ordered from BBTS for years. Recently moved to Nova Scotia Canada and have been very satisfied with delivery to my new address. Pile of loot feature has been extremely useful. Would 100 percent recommend.

I've been ordering from this website for something like 18 years now. I first used them to buy Transformers from the Alternators line that I couldn't find in stores but have moved towards plastic model kits. I've never had an issue. Sure, sometimes pre-orders don't come in when ESTIMATED, the key word here, but I always get them. Pretty sure those issues are beyond their control. Shipping is usually fast aside from the occasional hiccup due to the shipping services themselves being overburdened due to Covid. I love this site and hope to continue using it for another 18 years.

This is my first time ordering with bigbadtoystore. I was scared because of the reviews but, this was the only seller that had 25 words or less in stock, so I took a chance. The agents were so helpful with placing my order and verifying my shipment will come in 2 days (I paid for fedex 2 day shipping) once my product arrives on Thursday I'll let you know if the contents are up to par. As far as customer service goes, I'll definitely use this company again because they were thorough.

I am a serious Holiday Barbie doll collector. I searched high and low this past season for the perfect doll without a broken and/or scratched box. After 35 years of collecting these dolls, I was afraid I was going to miss out this year. I placed my order with BBTS. The doll I received from the Big Bad Toy Store came perfectly packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy box, in beautiful shape! And it arrived quickly too! I will definitely use this company again. I've been a costumer for more than 4 years and never had a problem, I'm surprised at the bad reviews, that have the best selection and reasonable prices, also a cheap shipping option and a service to hold your items so you can save on shipping, highly recommended!

Awful service... just awful and lousy. They are not able to control their own shop and accountant software.
