Do not purchase anything from this individual. There is supposedly a tracking number although through the USPS they have no damn idea where it's at so beware if you decide to donate money to this person because they're trash and if you read the other reviews, you will see what I'm talking about. I ordered a sports card from this individual paid five dollar shipping and apparently he didn't ship it. He took the price of the product and the shipping money and put it in his pocket or went to lunch or bought a six or 12 pack well with what I paid probably a case, Honestly beware of this vendor bill about it. I've already reported him to Amazon and they are going to do a thorough vet on him. I keep saying him although this vendor so hopefully he will not be able to take anyone else's money. Order the product on the 20th is supposed to be here the 22nd or 24th the next day it said the 25th it was delayed and so now is in 30th. I hope this helps you save some money because Amazon don't give a crap about it. And a lot of people won't sign names but I will tell you my name is Paul Crump, and stay away from the vendor! And it asked for a proof of purchase, which I would gladly take a picture of the product if it were to show up but I'm not holding my breath. Period period. Period. Period. Period. Period.
I ordered a Bronco car charger and paid almost $18 for shipping on a $10 charger that was supposed to arrive in 3 days. On day 5 I emailed them with no response on day six I called them and had to leave a voicemail. Then I got notification that the order had been discontinued and I will get my money back. 6 days later and I had to contact them!
I placed an order for a NCAA team neon desk lamp on 10/17/2020. My credit card was charged on 10/19/2020. I received an email from Bigg Sports, the next day on 10/20/2020 that advised that my order was shipped. A UPS tracking number was furnished. When I checked the shipping status using the tracking # on 10/31/2020, the UPS site stated they will update their shipping status WHEN they receive the package. As of 11/18/2050, UPS still has not received the package. I have made several phone calls and have been unable to get an answer or a returned call. Three emails have been ignored. It appears that the Bigg Sports customer service staff and anyone capable of answering their phone or typing a email is missing in action.
I ordered a coffee mug for a college student gift. It took weeks to ship and then arrived in pieces. The mug was wrapped in 1 piece of bubble wrap and in a box 4 times the size needed. The mug obviously bounced around in the box and shattered. Appropriate packing would have been nice.

I ordered puzzles from their site because it said they were in stock and would ship within a week. It's now been over 6 weeks and they still haven't shipped out. Customer service told me 4 weeks ago that they should "ship in the next week." I understand shipping delays due to Covid, but 6 weeks for an "in-stock" item from a company that distributes through Walmart is unacceptable. I just want my money back.

I could not find any puzzles available anywhere, and if I did they were not available til June and you definitely saw price gouging like $50.00 for a puzzle and $20+ for shipping and took a month.
BiggSports had very competitive pricing for quality puzzles and a great selection. I ordered six and hoped they would be here in next couple of weeks (already shipping was getting delayed everywhere).

We are so used to 1-2 day free delivery being the norm, and now faced with not even being able to go to a store, or even find product on line in the usual places. Can you imagine what companies like BiggSports are going through trying to get their inventory from Vendors and packaging with limited space and employees? I couldn't even get thermometer covers in 6 weeks, and then package got lost!
I shop a lot on Amazon, I like instant gratification and it became my norm. Wake Up call- this may not be the norm for the future, because even our BIG BOYS can't do it.
I got excellent service from Joe and others in Customer Service at BiggSports, responded to my few emails about when I could expect my order, and promised me I would get it just taking longer due to Pandemic. I got my order, just as I was told. And, I had paid for expedited service, but the shipper made an error and BiggSports gave me a credit immediately!
If there was a ten star rating, BiggSports would get mine. They provided the products, the service, the prices and delivery in this very precarious time. Thank you BiggSports!
I ordered a puzzel mid- end of march and here it is a month later and still hasn't shipped. Through email was told Monday that it would ship end of week and now its Saturday and nope! They didnt hesitate getting there money but they wont shipy item and now wont answer my emails. Never again will I order from them, find your item somewhere else
They misrepresent their supplier's inventory online. Their supplier creates ups shipping labels for products they don't have in stock. They don't advise you or me that there's an issue (ie. Like they don' really have the item.). They don't actually track UPS shipments received. They don't respond to your emails promptly. And they don't answer their phone. Other than that they're great...
I live in Washington DC and ordered Nationals car flags for my son when they qualified for the world series. I ordered on October 18. I called around October 25 to see if they had been shipped and informed them that if they aren't shipped before series is over them I wouldn't want them and to credit my credit card. Today is November 9 and I have no order nor received credit. I called and was told I had cancelled the order. I still have no product or credit. I'm wondering if this is a legitimate business.
I placed an online order with Biggpsports.com on 12/6/18 for a Redsox metal coffee mug. This item was supposed to be a Christmas gift. On 12/14 I had yet to receive any shipping details. After repeated phone calls and left messages I finally was able to get a response from leaving a message online. Customer service stated that the item would be shipped the following Monday 12/17. On 12/20 I had still not received any shipping info so I again emailed the company. I received an email back saying my order had been canceled due to it being out of stock. They said I was sent an email the week prior addressing this. NO such email was received. Customer service totally contradicted themselves with the last two emails. Bottom line... no item was ever received and it was too late to order elsewhere for ontime Christmas delivery. This company has lost a customer.
Placed order on 12/3 almost a month later still no product. I grew concerned after about 2 weeks and no package so I emailed them and said they would get back to me with estimated delivery date on 12/17 they never responded. Highly aggravated with how slow they are and lack of following up. They also responded that custom items may take longer to process, (I didn't realise that a water bottle with a duke emblem was custom) if products are going to take longer they should mention that before you purchase.

Let me start by saying this was my first time ordering from BiggSports, and after a few days of not receiving a shipment notification, I opted to call their customer service line. I was greeted with a recording stating that they were closed due to inventory and would resume regular telephone communications the next Monday, March 7th. (I placed my order on March 1st). At this point I went to reviews on the company, and was a little concerned, as there seemed to be a lot of negative feedback associated with on line orders. I called again on March 7th and asked for the status of my order, and was told it was shipping out that day. I received my purchase on Wednesday, March 9th, and was very pleased to find the stemless FSU wine glass I ordered as a birthday gift for our friend, was in excellent condition and packaged very carefully. As a result, I would recommend BiggSports and will order from them again. Whatever issues they had in the past, they have clearly worked through and corrected.
After reading negative reviews about the service provided by Biggsports, I was very hesitant to order, I'm glad I did because my experience was excellent. I placed a large order for glasses, they arrived as advertised in less than 2 weeks. I ordered 68 glasses of which 2 came broken, I contacted the service department via email, received a email back within 24 hours and replacement glasses were shipped out that same day. I felt the company operated efficiently and professionally and would order from them again without hesitation.
This business is awful. They told me my order would be delivered before Christmas; I come to find out that not only will my order not be delivered before Christmas but it will take an additional week. The customer service rep was rude and refused to give me a discount, even though I was still willing to pay for the product at a discounted price (considering the delay). He basically forced me to ask for my money back and to cancel the order. Don't buy from this company- go elsewhere, where you can get what you need on time, not to mention from people who respect you because you're a customer. I can't give less than one star... unfortunately.

I was very happy with the selection and items available! I could not find them anywhere else. Items did ship separate but upon contacting customer service I was notified some of my order shipped from another location. Customer service was upbeat and friendly.
I had a terrible experience with BiggSports, avoid them if at all possible! They took over 2 weeks to ship my item out, sent me an invalid tracking number, and were totally unapologetic and unhelpful when talking to them. They refused to refund the shipping cost, expedite the shipping, anything. I told them I was unhappy and they basically said deal with it.
