This company sells Perky-Pet products. I purchased (3) squirrel baffle's. In under 4 month's ALL (3) broke, cracked & chipped rendering them useless. I contacted the company and they stated that their products are not defective. I beg to differ.
The website is in desperate need of an update. Poor filtering, which requires endless scrolling to find things. They assume that shipping and billing are different, so if you miss the check box you have to fill it all out twice. My order wouldn't go through - it twirled and twirled without moving for about 5 minutes so I called and after another 5 minutes on hold, the agent told me the problem was on my end.

First I have used this site before with no problems. The last time though I ordered four 64oz feeders. I'll admit I did not read the confirmation e-mail thoroughly (I just check the price). Upon receiving the package I found four 24 oz feeders that I did not want or order.
Since there system showed I received what I ordered they would not reimburse the return shipping. Verify confirmation e-mail has the parts that were in your shopping cart are listed. They might be more helpful before they ship.
The site offered a promo code to get a discount. However, I missed where I was supposed to enter the code in a small field on the first screen. I got through the whole ordering process expecting to see a place to enter the code and never did. I was unable to cancel the order. I complained to their customer service and they did get me a refund for the discount. When the birdfeeder finally arrived, someone had deliberately poked a hole through the bottom of the box and the bottom of the feeder (there was no hole in the delivery box the feeder came in). I fixed the thing with duct tape and told them to take me out of their system. I was not wasting more of my time returning the thing and I wasn't about to give them the chance to do it again.
Good Product Service Resolution - Purchased a Birdscapes Top Fill Feeder in Feb. 2008. It developed small cracks in the base which caused it to leak. Called the website and explained the problem. The lady immediately stated that the feeder had a 1 yr. Warranty, and they did not have the part, so would send out a new feeder. She apologized 3 times for the problem I encountered, and after verifying that I purchased the product from them, agreed to send out a new unit. I was very impressed with the quick resolution without question. Very pleased with this site.
