I purchased two gift cards for IU and UGA as graduation gifts and they never arrived. Cancelled payment on my credit card. I think this business is a scam.
They charged me $8 to ship a single beanie (hat), which is a rip off to begin with. We all know it doesn't take $8 to ship one hat and they're profiting off the shipping charge.
The price is not even the complaint… it's the fact they never ship! They never email you back! I've been waiting two weeks for it to even ship out. $8 for shipping, what a joke. I've gotten things faster from China.
Never would I EVER buy some any bkstr again.
I've emailed them 4 times concerning the status of this order and have never received a reply. I've asked to cancel the order because at this point, it will be too late for Christmas.
Do yourself a favor, skip the headache, just don't order here.
