Regardless of what some of these reviews say, I have been ordering from this site for last 7 years and always been happy. Good luck finding better products and prices anywhere online. I get compliments for my smile thanks to the products I buy from them. I like the usalabs and pola 22%, I tried crest white strips but they were not evenly whitening my teeth and not as strong. Anyhow happy customer and love the loyalty promo codes they send to repeat customers

I ordered 8 syringes and only got 4 and I can't get hold of anyone to help rectify the issue. I've left five voicemails, four online form submissions and over ten emails and a trust pilot review. All have been unanswered. I would not buy from this company again.

I bought the 22% polanight. When it arrived I noticed it was a bit iffy in the packaging side. 4 syringes came on an envelope and the syringes had stickers on them rather than printed on them. This made me form an opinion straight away that they were going to be rubbish and a waste of money. My daughter stole one off me and sat with it on ten mins. Obv we wouldn't see any progress but that didn't help my assumptions. Anyhoo I have just sat with this bleach on for 2 hrs and OMG the difference is highly noticeable. I was a smoker for 30 years and my teeth were destroyed with yellowing. They weren't dirty but the yellowing was visible enough for me to start hating to smile. After the first 2 hours results I have just ordered another 4. From this first try I know 100% I am going to see some cracking results after 2 weeks…. I did read some of the other reviews which weren't the best but I honestly can say this stuff works. I have used sensitive toothpaste for years because I was an over brusher and my sensitivity was bad. I swear I have not had any sensitivity on my first application. Obv it's going to happen as I progress but I assume my previous use of sensitive toothpaste has mitigated the extreme pain I suffered years ago when I did teeth whitening at the dentist. I also had a tracking app when my order was on route and it came from LA so if the time for delivery is all we need to moan about then il take it. The results are Defoes going to make me forget about the delivery time which was only 10 days might I add. I hope my results progress as I now expect but I will be sure to post another review after my 2 weeks is up and I will post a before and after. Buzzing

Paid £39.99 for some polor white refills have not recieved waited weeks emailed no reply! Must be some were this can be reported

They steal your money and details abs send you nothing! Do not buy from these people! They are thieves!

I ordered bleach refills over two months ago. I have not received them. I emailed company and was told they would resend. Still nothing. I emailed again and was told I would receive a refund within 5 days, still nothing. This is a scam. You will not receive your goods or refund. Please avoid.

USA site, not UK. Intentionally misleading.
Ordered a kit and a whitening pen. Received after 2 weeks 2 syringes of gel, 3 trays and no instructions and no pen. Looked on here and then realised I had been conned. Wish I had come on here first.
Anyway, emailed them (an ordinary yahoo account, not a business one} asking for a refund and was told to send 'kit' back to USA, I said I wouldn't unless they pay me to do so. Not heard from them since.
Took out resolution with Paypal, hope I get my £33 back.
Please avoid, you can get the same on ebay at a fraction of the price.
Looking at the 4 and 5 star ratings on here, more than likely bogus.

This internet business is all about cheating the clients. First of all, despite giving the impression that it is a company located in the EU, the "shipments" (if any) will come from the USA. After having had waited 10 days without receiving any shipment information I contacted the company. They answered that the goods had been sent, but couldn't provide any kind of shipping information, tracking number, name of forwarder or anything else.

When I asked to cancel the order and issue a refund, the said that I had to ask for a refund - which obviously was what I was doing - and provide information about payment method, card number, my name, address, amount and why I was asking for a refund! They just try to stall any refund and never intend to send you any goods neither. A complaint form was sent to my credit card issuer, who has refunded me the amount drawn on my card.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ships from the US despite the. co.uk address. Ordered 2 months ago and tracking link never updated. Was told to wait even after expected delivery window of 2 weeks has passed. Never arrived and still in transit 2 months later And no tracking updates since dispatch. Promised a refund which also never materialised. Order elsewhere or risk losing your money with this company.

I ordered from this site and afterwards read some of these reviews and became a bit wary. But after purchasing they had sent a confirmation email to my paypal email address along with a username and password for their site. From there, I could track my parecel and they uploaded the USPS tracking number when they had sent it. It arrived in the UK in about a week so was very happy with the service. I wouldn't listen to these negative reviews
