I am so impressed with this company, their product and their customer service! Not only have they been incredibly helpful during our renovation process, their blinds are excellent quality, look beautiful and when we encountered issues with our contractors tossing some parts out by accident, blinds.com replaced the parts with no hassle or questions asked. I have recommended this business to several friends and business associates and will continue to use their product for future properties and projects.

I am a repeat customer of blinds.com. I became a repeat customer because of the great quality, price and value of the products that they sell. They had a great support system and website that made it easy to try to "go it alone" in terms of measuring and installing blinds. I became aware of how exemplary their service is on my last order when I made an error with 2 windows- and they send me new blinds to correct my error at no charge! Their service professionals kept in contact with me during the entire experience. I have recommended them to others. They have great people and great policies. Thank you blinds.com

I ordered 4 blinds and after several months, 2 of them stopped retracting. I contacted blinds.com and they had me trouble shoot them. It worked for one and not the other. They are replacing the one that it didn't work for. This replacement is at no cost to me. This is great! I will order from them again.

The people (Megan)at blinds.com were a pleasure to deal with. I had a problem with one of my blinds and they could not have been more helpful. They sent me several troubleshooting ideas and when none of those worked they had the manufacturer replace the entire blind - and there were three blinds on one headrail.
I had purchased blinds from them before and hah been extremely satisfied and, after this experience, I will purchase from them in the future.
I highly recommend blinds.com

Blinds.com has price and service that can't be beat. My custom made motorized blinds came exactly as described, with all the necessary parts and information required to install them. When I had an issue with one of them after a year, the friendly and courteous staff at blinds.com helped me resolve it immediately. I highly recommend this company.

I received our roman shades on Saturday (much earlier than anticipated) and were able to install them prior to a large party we were having on Sunday. What a wonderful surprise! And they were perfect - exactly what was anticipated. We could not be happier with them. I made an online appointment with their Design Consultant, Stephanie Boggess, and having the personalized assistance made a huge difference in making the experience a much more positive and confident one that going alone. I will never consider ordering again without consulting their personnel. Everyone I dealt with at Blinds.com from designer to accounting personnel provided top drawer customer service - prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and personal. I even got a kick out of the "Love, Blinds.com" at the end of each order communication. But I think that was so because I did feel the love.

Congrats to your employee training folks. Your customer service people are perfectly marvelous! Most helpful, kind and courteous, friendly, fun people. I really enjoyed Marvelous Marvin at blinds.com and Christine at Pro Design. Can't wait to order more drapes! They came today. They have these really cool adjusting hooks! I'll never make drapes or curtains again. They arrived five days before promised date, even though they got hung up five days clearing customs.
Best company ever, THANKS to all...

I have purchase blinds from blinds.com twice and plan to buy more. Great site, easy to work and the instructions are perfect on how to measure to insure the correct fit. The purchased 2 sets of real wood blinds, color was perfect and installation was easy.
