After my hardware broke select blinds agreed to honor the warranty. The design of the shade has changed and the hardware has changed. They don't seem to have the older hardware I need so they can't honor the warranty. Making the warranty pointless. Don't make my mistake!

The brackets that hold the blinds up on window will not fit in, they are to close to the mechanism and pop the end caps out only on one side, how do we hand the blinds, not sure what to do

I thought that I had ordered the exact same blind that I had previously purchased years ago. Unfortunately it is a double honeycomb shade that does not fit my space. Apparently I didn't read the description closely enough and since it was a custom order I have not tried to return it. I told myself "better luck next time."

Was just fine - I am always apprehensive when ordering online. Just had to be patient!
Wife and I purchased a new home. Needed window treatments. Had a "budget" company stop by and give their sales pitch. Problem is all they wanted to offer was drilling holes all over my window frames. Well Select Blinds offers no drill options. I measured following Select's online guide (measured twice... lol) and ordered a whole house's worth of shades. Have to admit a little anxiety existed that the shades would fit and the 'click it's system would work. Select delivered the shades. The shades fit perfectly, the mount system is simplistic but works great, and the shades are beautiful. All at a huge savings over the "budget" offering. Also the packaging was top notch. Select promised and delivered!
The whole experience from ordering samples, to teaching how to take proper measurements, to quality and speed delivery has been amazing!
The installation instructions are worthless and did not help at all. I also got the motorized set and there is no place to actually put the battery besides on top of the track this is a major design flaw. The install that should have taken 15 minutes max ended up taking an hour in a half trying to figure out how to install them. For such an expensive product this was extremely disappointing. The product appears to be high quality and honestly would have been really happy with it if the instructions weren't so Infuriating.
This was our third order of blinds. Somehow, they got shipped to our summer address. Select blinds took care of the problem and we are very happy with all of our blinds from them.
Both blinds arrived not attached to the holding brackets, after we attached them and rolled down, they would not roll back up, had to rotate the tension adjusters for some time, they were very hard to rotate, not sure if this is a normal situation or the product is defective. After adjustment they still don't roll up to the top, and need some push so start rolling up. Maybe more adjustment is still necessary. Overall the quality of material seems to be good. Installation was easy, size fits perfect. Would give 5 stars if they actually rolled up as advertised when out of the shipping package.
I ordered two custom Roman shades and felt they were of poor quality. The color and size were appropriate but the items were cheap looking, I donated them and ordered from another vendor

The company is efficient and professional. I love their ordering process. I love a live person to talk to. The choice in fabrics are terrific.
The blinds we currently have are very old and starting to show signs of wearing out. We are shopping to replace the tree blinds. We have not mad e decision at this point in time.
I needed to replace one set of blinds as my dog finally ruined it after several years of sticking his head through the slats to bark at the cars on the road. I called to get the exact measurements of these blinds and representative found my previous order and got the order in. Easy as pie to replace and are beautiful and match the remaining ones in the living room.
Love em, easy to install and really finishes the room. I am replacing all my old wood blinds with the top down bottom up blinds

Blinds were ordered and delivered. When we went to install them, we realized we ordered the wrong size. I immediately called to see if I could return them. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option, Instead, we were given a 20% discount off the next order. It was something, but our blinds for these 2 windows became quite expensive. We are pleased with the blinds so far, just wish we could have been able to return them. Don't forget to check your dimensions!
Although there websites states they will replace a shudder if a measurement is wrong. This not the case. I was argued with and told no because I did not choose. Even if you choose there is no cost. Every dissatisfied this time. Our first order was great but not this one

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
