The blinds work fine, but I was led astray on backwards compatibility with the remote. Customer Service took over a week to resolve a simple task.

I receive my initial delivery before expected. Part of the valance was missing. CS acknowledge this and said the peice would be sent. Allowing for the manufacturing of the peice, it was expected in a couple weeks. It was delayed, I believe, due to shipping. At Christmas time, I was not upset about this, though anxious to receive it. It would have been an issue if I was hosting a gathering.
The colors are not true on the website. Based on the color description, I took a chance and selected what I thought would be close to what i wanted. The blinds I selected are beautiful and match my wall perfectly. I will order from Blindsgalore again.

This was my first experience with Blindsgalore. I found their website easy to navigate, with a good selection of products from inexpensive to high end. My order was easily placed, arrived ahead of schedule and in good condition. I am not DIY savvy, and although the installation instructions were quite clear, I contacted the business for installers in my area. I was immediately connected with a knowledgeable installer, who completed the installation in about an hour.

I had a very positive experience with your staff member WILLIAM. Who did exceptional follow up. I also found the blinds to be exactly as I had expected accepting one small problem. The turn stick for the cordless wooden Valley blinds is so short. I cannot reach it without a stool, which is a problem since it's intended to be used every day to adjust for light and to provide privacy inside the suite. Thank you for asking

Ordering our custom blinds was a very easy process. Installation was easy and they fit perfectly. We are very pleased with them!

The blinds were ordered for certain size window sizes that were hard to find. They were large picture windows and 8 ft doors. The order was easy to make and the blinds came in a timely manner. The fabric was the same as pictured. Great quality! Easy assembly!

The blinds I ordered were made backwards so once installed could not be adjusted without taking them completely down again. And for 12 foot high sky light shade it's quite a bit of work!

Despite my best measuring (and I have done this dozens of times) the one blind is too short. Also, the screws that were provided might work ok for pine, but were no match for an older home (most of the screws were flat heads and the screwdriver would not grip - they should all be philips head). I had to go to the hardware store and buy drywall screws.

It was extremely easy to order online. The blinds arrived within the lead-time that was give. Very easy to install. I ordered outside mounted blinds, I just wish they had a drawing of the mounting brackets look like. Very easy to install, mounts worked and everything looks good.

Your descriptions on measuring and installing were great and they really help when the sun is blinding us. They have an ease about pulling them gently down. We are so happy with them.

The first shade I ordered was broken when I opened the box. The motor was not connected to the battery and I have no idea how to reassemble it. There was also a black spacer/washer in the package I do not know what it is for.

Blinds were decent quality and do the job well but delivery was longer than I would have liked.

The clip in system works ok but fiddly and sometime took several goes. So I give it 7 out of 10

Online order easy. Price was good. Delivery was sooner than expected. Instructions easy to follow and installation was quick and easy.

From beginning to end Blindsgalore scores a 100% with me. Ordered blinds for 8 windows (which, by the way, look charming) and one of the blinds I measured had width and height inverted.
