Called to order the blinds the representative was very helpful. The blinds came earlier than expected and fit perfectly. Great service.

This is the third time we've ordered from Blinds Galore. We started out with ordering for our home, then my mother's, and now my other property. These are high quality and worth every penny!

The website was easy, the blinds arrived on a timely basis & no issues in hanging them. Unfortunately the blinds themselves are extremely cheap. They're so light you have to hold both ends to make them even, they're noisy pulling them up & down & the handles are worthless. If you have a room where they're never adjusted these will work, if not don't waste your money.

Submitted measurements for inside mt. Cordless. Too big, had to change to continuous cord. BG did not deduct from width to allow for cord mount. Called, explained, sent pics. Received shade, remade. It's even wider than the first one. Gets caught on cord mount. Go figure.
Trying again. Hope 3rd time's the charm.

The person we talked with with our first time ordering was very friendly, was easy to understand and answered all our questions before closing out our order. Appreciated his patience. Thank you very satisfied, so satisfied that we ordered yet another shade and she was just as nice. Thank you all. :)

My blinds were easy to order, arrived in perfect condition- were packaged very well. They were easy to install and look fantastic. The quality is great and I would highly recommend.

So far we have ordering roller shades, cellular shades and roman shades and all have been delivered and exactly what we ordere, with no installation problems.

Overall, good. I ordered 3 blinds, same size. One of the bottom plastic panels had a chip out of the end that my husband didn't notice until he'd installed the blind. Unfortunately, just as he was starting to take the blind down so I could return it, he stuck his finger through the shade🙄. I figured that wouldn't look good on a return, so I opted to just keep the blind. Other than how delicate the shades are, I am pleased with the look and function of the blinds.

We have ordered blinds from here before for our downstairs and they have held up for about 10 years. So when we wanted new blinds for upstairs, we came here again. We are happy with them and the installation instructions were easy to follow.

I finally needed to replace a set of natural blinds that I'd had for several years. I decided to try these because they fit my needs. Incredibly happy with the quality and ease of use. They also have hidden cords, which are great because I have a number of cats and they don't have cords to play with and break, which was an issue for my previouad blinds.

I did not receive the right size material I initially ordered several weeks later they sent the correct order however I did receive the valance. I still have a different color valance. It would be nice to get the Elegance Ivory 6657 would be highly appreciated.

Clearly laid out measuring instructions, easy buying process and quality customer service for upgrading to a different style after the initial purchase.

I like the quality of your products and I will continue to purchase from you. However, I note the prices have increased from Star Decorating. Maybe just a sign of the times.

I wanted a specific length for my blinds. I bought one at the store. After I brought it home and opened it, the instructions stated that I could not customize the length.,, so I had to return it. I found this store online and I ordered my specific blinds. I received the order in quick time and it hung up beautifully with no mishap. AND it is the perfect length. I will order again as I need them, because I am redoing alot of different windows in my home.

Took less than 2 hours to hang 10 of these bad boys. The color and quality is unmatched! The customer service is top tier. Kinda pricey but worth every penny, especially knowing I do not have to buy or hang any other window treatments!

I got the blind up and the chain would not move the curtain. I contacted your company and was told to show how it was not working and it would be replaced.
I then took the blind down again and opened the chain compartment and saw that the chain was not on the rotating ring to move it up and down. I got it on and put it back up and it is working fine.The quality control before a blind is sent out is not good at all. I have dealt with your company for many years and never had a problem like this! I saved you a lot of money to not sending out another curtain because it is a big one

Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the mechanism to raise/lower all 3 blinds we ordered. Customer service was helpful and got us replacements shipped quicker than we got the originals. I haven't installed them yet to confirm they resolved the issue originally reported with blinds, so hopefully that's better now.

They arrived and were perfect. My husband had east time installing and they look lovely in our guest bedroom. More rooms to go but this was a nice beginning as now I have completed my other rooms and they all look great. Now, I concentrate on first floor. I like dealing with this company, they are responsive, fair pricing and helpful with good quality.
