We had all but the sliding glass door covered and the Blindster option was quick and painless.
Unfortunately, my door was an inch too wide/tall and caused the $75 shipping add-on. Regardless, total cost was still reasonable and they installed in a very quick and easy manner.
The blinds arrived in a timely manner and met the sizes and specifications I had met. Only one piece of the upper molding had a small scuff on it. Was white so I just touched it up, not a big deal. The quality is great and the pricing is amazing.
The blinds I got were very nice however I decided I needed two more a few weeks later. The color I had chosen in the first order has been discontinued. So now my blinds don't match
The blinds are really nice, an improvement over my old style ones. Some of the valances were too short, but they sent replacements, no problem.
I have purchased new blinds for three different homes now, the first two times I used selectblinds.com and this last time I used blindster because they were 200 cheaper than the competition for my order (33 sets of faux wood express blinds) The product arrived correct and undamaged, and was exactly the same product I received from their competition in the past. My wife had to have shades with the wavey bottom and fringe. We purchased some like this over 20 years ago elsewhere and cannot find anyone who carries them now. That is until I discovered Blindster.com. Thus far we have purchased 5 and have 6 or 7 to go (spacing out due to our budget) and my wife is a 100% happy customer; so that makes me a happy customer too.
To my surprise and joy, Blindster.com did everything their advertising said they would do AND MORE. We recently had a porch installed off of our new home's dining room. Whenever it would rain, water would get inside the porch and all over the floor and furniture. Because our porch had custom-made wooden window frames and screens, every opening was slightly different in dimension from the next. I carefully measured each opening, per Blindster instructions and ordered 8 shades, pretty much 'individually'. Because the website had an easy to use feature, to COPY and PASTE the previous size, style and color information, it made it super-simple to enter 8 different minor width changes and LABEL EACH SHADE, by a descriptive name that I chose. When the shades arrived, each shade was individually packaged and had a large, white label, which clearly listed the exact-size and the NAME that I gave it. Each shade had a complete package of installation bracket hardware that went up in minutes, with just a small hand drill and screwdriver. I removed the spring-loaded shade roller from the cassette valence in seconds. This removed most of the weight from the shade assembly an allowed me to install the cassette valence all by myself. After the cassette valences were installed, I simply popped the heavy shade-rollers back in place with no effort at all. My wife and I absolutely love the look and quality of our new shades. We get great compliments from our friends and we no longer have a rain problem. We're thrilled.

The only thing I was unhappy about was the hidden cost of choosing the most popular wood color (oak) - $10 more for that color! They get you there! Not nice. No reason, as far as I can see, for the MOST POPULAR color to cost you more! I would have given them a 5-star rating except for that.
Ordered a pair of blinds - they arrived quickly in good order and fit perfectly. They work very smoothly and definitely are a cut above the other blinds in our home - would not hesitate to buy again.
We needed blinds for our new home and thought we would try Blindster.com. As a test we ordered two blinds. The products were delivered a week or so after ordering and have worked very well. Our shipment was missing three clips that hold the valence onto the head rail. I called Blindster and they sent out the parts incredibly fast. We'll use Blindster.com for our other windows.
I ordered custom size blinds that were the wrong type.
The mistake was mine
When I called to see if they would replace them with the type that I actually wanted they helped me at no cost.

This is my third order from Blindster. Blinds are easy to hang and I always get compliments on them.

Original color was backordered. Replied with a new color. Heard nothing. Called several days later, and the lady apologized, said the email system was having some problems, then expedited my shade in the new color. Received it faster than anticipated. Looks great.
