Ordered blinds for all of our rooms in our Row Home and we're completely happy with them. A few years later, one of the buttons on a particular set of blinds. It took one customer service call and an email later I had a replacement sent free of charge. Specifically, Lola the rep was beyond helpful and met our needs fully.

Purchased 3 new blinds and am pleased with them … as well as the 5 other ones I have purchased with in the last several years.
However 1 of the "tool-less" blinds is stiff and the plastic handle keeps coming off when pulling the blind down. Doesn't recoil as smoothly as the other ones and doesn't stay flush to the window sill.

A draw cord on one side broke unexpectedly on one of the blinds. I contacted Blindster to see what might be done to fix it. I was so fortunate to have the assistance of Lola who so kind, professional and courteous. Lola assisted me with the process and after sending in a picture of the issue, Lola promptly processed a request for a replacement blind as part of the accident protection plan. Wow is an understatement, I am incredibly pleased and happy that I chose Blindster for my blinds. This was our third order of shades from Blindster after our house rebuild from a fire. Our daughter-in-law recommended Blindster to us as they were completing their window treatments with their new home. It has been a very positive experience.
The entire process was made easy by following the process on the website. Once our shades were on order we had regular updates as to when they went to manufacturing, shipping, and then when they were delivered.
We installed them the same morning they arrived and like the others, look and work great!

Once I got the shades I tried to put one up. The base was easy, but then I had a problem with the insertion of the blinds into the base bracket. Once I figured it out, (no directions) it was very easy to install. I ordered seven and each was labeled with the correct size... very important. Very pleased!

We received blinds for three very large windows. They are wood and gorgeous. They fit perfectly. Ordering was easy and the blinds came incredibly quickly. When we installed one of them, it suddening fell and the string that runs through them to raise and lower then was missing. The customer service was exceptional and the replacement blinds are under construction. Response was so fast, personalized, focused on satisfying our deliemma.
