Had purchased a motorized blind about 2yrs ago. The remote stopped working so I contact Blindster Customer Support. With their help we were able to figure out the issue without replacing the entire blind. This is my second time ordering essentially the same Roman shades. I ordered these in 2020 and loved them but they were discontinued. We moved out of state and was so excited to see they're back. Beautiful color and I love the texture it adds to the space. So easy to install. I ordered them 10" longer with outside mount to give the illusion of a taller window. So happy with my purchase. I'll be ordering more!

So far so good with our blindster blinds purchase! Ordering was easy and good communication of when the blinds were ready. The only thing is, it took longer than expected for the blinds to be delivered. We weren't in a rush for them, but it is good to know up front, the approximate amount of time it will take for them to be delivered. So far, we only have good things to say about the blinds! Especially for the price point. I do recommend Blindster Blinds, and will use them again in the future.

The blinds were fine. The free shipping takes way to long. If I knew in advance. I would have paid for shipping. 3 or 4 weeks to get the blinds is a joke.
