DO NOT ORDER, I wished I would have looked for real reviews and now I see its the same crap. I ordered on 4/2/20 and still have no order. I even emailed them to ask if shipping would take long they said NO. They are not from the US that is the only reason why I ordered from them, said they were in US. THEY LIE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered a personalized shower curtain. The person making sure it looked okay was texting me at 10:45 at night. When I asked if they were on the west coast they said 'sort of.' The ad says the items will ship in 3 days. What they don't tell you is that it is on the slow boat from China and then in US they don't seem to care when you get it! One month out, no order! Don't buy from them. Things are made in China and don't come in any fast way!
Absolute garbage. I emailed 3 times, messaged on fb 3 times, then after finding their text customer service I finally got through. It's all excuses. It's been 22 days since my order shipped. Not ordered but shipped! IT HASNT GONE ANYWHERE! Literally hasn't moved. I've asked for a refund and suddenly they stop replying. Absolute trash. If you want good quality paint by numbers with great customer service head over to Paintplot.com. Even during this shut down they are doing an amazing job taking care of their customers.
Shipping states 7 to 15 days. It's been 25 and it still shows processing. The company is NOT from Florida, they are from China.
I ordered a paint by number kit 2 months ago and never received it. Further more, I can't contact anyone in customer service. Do not buy from these people. It is a fraudulent company.

I never received my order. The tracking number they provide was not valid. DHL said they do. M not have a package for me. No will not return my emails or messages.
I want my money back and they are not responding in any kind of way.

I made my purchase on 4/7 and 13 days later, still no product and no response from customer service. Upon placing the order, they sent me a text to track by downloading an app that was asking for access to my email and contacts - first red flag. When I checked DHL eCommerce Asia for tracking, it was not updated/just stalled 2 days after the order date - second red flag. I emailed Jean and she directed me to a different tracking site which is giving me all sorts of crazy information - third red flag. Now I am becoming more convinced that this is a scam. I will be looking into recourse options beyond just asking for a refund (i. E. flagging the company to a regulatory body).
They take your money, they don't send your items, they say they try to reimburse you but they don't. Absolute and complete FRAUD. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have requested to be refunded numerous times. I still have not received an order from December. Due to a mailing issue, they said they would give me to pillows for free I thought they meant in addition to the pillows I ordered as they said they would reship once it came back to them. It's March I still have not received my order. The "free" pillow cases they gave me have absolutely terrible quality the pictures are blurry and the actual pillow have brown stains on them. So AGAIN I asked to be fully refunded. They need to be shut down and I will continue to file complaints until they are. Terrible service, terrible quality.
We ordered a photo pillow that came and was terrible quality. The picture had white spots throughout and was barely recognizable. After six emails to get a refund, they offered a refund of $3.99. Do not do business with them
I got a sequined pillow. The seams are not straight. The zipper is not centered. Not the best workmanship. In fact, it's petty poor. I don't think I'd buy from them again.
DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My first order got "lost" so they sent the second set of pillow covers and the picture quality was the worst to say the least. There was white pieces within the photo! We couldn't see the faces on the pillow! Some sequins were missing! The customer service was even worse. They gave me the run around. "Jean" continued to email me but refused to give me a FULL refund... Believe the previous reviews! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Not only did my photo sequin pillow come with missing sequins, but when I consulted customer service about it, they tried to tell me I was incorrect and needed to flip certain sequins. After proceeding to do so to show the damaged pillow case with video proof, they still deemed it not damaged and refused to refund me or send me another pillow. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Highly recommend buying your sequin pillow from other, more reputable sites with better customer service.
Just turn over the white sequins carefully, I saw the "missing sequins" were hidden by other sequins. If we were wrong, we will send you a new one for Free.
I received my order and the picture side wasn't colored properly I let them know and I'm hoping that they will fix the problem. I ordered 2 more pillows and i just hope they make it right. As u can see in photo all the white spots..

The canvas piece is thicker than other companies. Canvas piece is super sticky. The pencil thing and wax adhesive are better than others. Includes A lot of extra heads so no fear of running out! I'd highly recommend ordering this!
