Ordered Dec. 8th; arrived Dec. 21st; mailer package ripped and re-tapped; my name wasn't even on the address label; paint-by-number box inside had the end ripped off; their response was offering a $5. Discount. Don't be fooled by their product pictures - that ain't what you get!

This company advertises fast shipping when in fact they are not even in the US. My product is just leaving China after the order was placed 7 days ago. I needed this for a real estate closing.

Never received my package getting the run around all I what is my package to be delivered to me and have it in my possession they don't do what they and help me to get my package

My husband asked me to purchase a clock from them. The website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
I am 14 emails in! They will not return the item. It is a clock that we had to assemble. It does not hang flush to the wall. When I requested a refund I was given an offer of 12% refund! They are FROM BANGKOK! They now said on our last email correspondence that I can return it to BANGKOK! It will most likely get lost and I have to pay the shipping! For $120 this is what we were sent. The ad did not say all assembly required! They are liars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a paint by number of my daughter the face doesn't even look human. It looks terrible. When trying to get a refund the customer service does not respond, total scam. Don't waste your money!

RATING IS ZERO - (0) reviewed website, company address is a Delaware (USA) address - I ordered and live in DELAWARE, they now tell me my order.item is being processed in HONG KONG to now my order will not reach me in time for my event - this is not right, They do not tell you that items are being shipped internationally. They SUCK - DO NOT ORDER - everything comes from Hong Kong and orders will not come or be 30 days shipped. They use the delaware address for tax purposes only since their actual company is in Hong Kong, do not order if you think you will get it processed and shipped in US - they are deceitful READ EVERYTHING. I also tried to cancel and they told me it would be $10 product fee for an item not even started - this is a company I would never try again.

We recently purchased a clock from Bling Painting. We feel like the clock was inferior in quality. The hands are thin and flimsy. The clock itself seems cheap. The hour hand does not sit properly on the hour number. I contacted customer service (Jean/Shadow) numerous times about returning the item. After repeatedly requesting a return shipping label and full refund, I was told that I could keep it and they would give me $10. I explained this was not acceptable as we paid close to $100. Buyer Beware if you choose to purchase from this company.

I guess I put the wrong zip code by 1 number on my package and they told me that the post office will destroy it and not redeliver it. Then they told me I could just buy another one and would not give my money back! Then said 15 remaking fee but link had full price of 35 dollars. What kind of business is this? Terrible Horrible and don't recommend

What I ordered and what I got two way different things. I filled my order out correctly double checking it before sending it out. My metal sign is supposed to say Karagh & Matt middle Initial would be M and the last name will be Mortimer established in 2022. What I got. Karagh on the top m for the middle initial and Matt in the middle… est. 2022 no last name no way! It's a newlywed gift for my husband. Now I have crappie metal sign that make no sense. I have pictures too. I have reached out to the customer service agent and no response..

Product was metal, no packing just plastic sleeve stuck in box. Arrived severely damaged and badly bent. Husband worked all afternoon still bent. Was told not that bad I should try to adjust it. Do not buy from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is unreachable by phone and has only 1 valid email. I sent countless emails for a resolution, and they sent 1 I'm sorry reply.

This is one of the best companies to full fill my new hobby. Customer service excellent and the products are top of the line. Many choices for everyone!

One paint ran out and I needed a refill. I emailed them more than 6 times and texted back and forth with someone at least 10 time and they never sent the paint. They didn't even answer me back most of the time. And when they did, they never followed through with what they said they would do. I have never had such a horrible customer service interaction. I will never order from them again and advise everyone else to look elsewhere!

I ended up being sent the wrong custom tapestry after 2 days of receiving one of them. I contacted them and didn't hear back for a few days and decided to check with PayPal. I ended up getting a full refund and am so thankful for as I wasn't happy with their product and received a completely different one when the two were shipped together from China. ‍ I feel very lucky and was hell bent.

I absolutely love the items that came so far. I place a big order some arrive very quickly and some has not been shipped yet. Customer service is great I am really happy with this store. Shipping sometimes take a long I am guessing because its coming from China and everything I order is custom made. I have been waiting a couple of weeks and I am assuming I have 2 wait a few more weeks that's my only problem.

Still waiting for order three times longer than was told. I understand holiday and covid delays but this is ridiculous. I have been in contact with them and they are texting me for hours saying this is not their problem. I sent them the emails they sent me about free returns and 100% satisfaction guarantee and they said they don't take returns
