I purchased their Amazon lite package and for the first few months sales were consistent then my account went into review and there were late orders that didn't ship to my Amazon customer's. I've had my Amazon turnkey store for 3 weeks, and the experience has been confusing. My experience isn't what the salesperson (Tom) relayed to me that convinced me to buy a package. I had relatively consistent sales for about 10 days, but only 2 small ones since. Communication since purchasing my package is minimal and frustrating. I have an account rep, but she brushes me off with no direct answers, telling me to trust the process. But I don't know what that process is. She says that after 30 days sales will increase. This seems to be very different than what other reviewers have said. I'm kicking myself for not asking more questions before paying them, and now I've called the main number and emailed the main address, as well as the salesperson I originally spoke with, but no response. At this point, I have to just trust that I've not been scammed.
Communication can improve but overall great company! I purchased their Amazon lite package and I would like to upgrade soon to their Premier Package.
