I had a small issue with my boat Airdopes 131 Elite ANC. They were not pairing properly which was quite inconvenient. So I called customer support and after a few checks, they approved the warranty instantly. I received the same model wid very good packaging. This one has no such issues, using it for last few weeks. Guess they are doing proper quality checks now before dispatch.
I was looking for a decent speaker for my new apartment and chose the boAt Aavante Bar A1040. One of my friend suggested this as he also has the same nd he said it would fit what I was looking for. Setup was simple, And the sound feels clear and balanced Living room mein bhi achha fit ho jata hai without taking too much space. It's been working smoothly since day one. Definitely a gud choice.
24th October: I received the brand new speaker. Upon unboxing, it was immediately evident that the left speaker was completely non-functional. This was a manufacturing defect present out-of-the-box.
I initiated a replacement request. The unit I received back, while having the left speaker fixed, arrived in a dismantled and physically damaged condition. The product I sent was pristine; the one I received was not.
I immediately contacted your customer care and was provided with a new warranty ticket ( Ticket Number: *******) to repair the damage your service center caused.
After 6-7 days of my complaint, the speaker was collected and sent to your service center.
In a shocking display of incompetence, your service center declined the warranty claim, falsely stating they received a "damaged product." This is an outrageous claim, as the sole reason for this second service request was the damage inflicted during your first "repair."
The speaker was returned to me after two days in the exact same damaged condition, with no resolution whatsoever.
It has now been 20 days since my initial complaint (as of 11th November). I,, am left holding a defective and damaged product that I paid for in good faith. Your team has not only failed to fix the original issue but has actively made the situation worse and now refuses to take responsibility. Really Bad experience with boat i never expected this.
We switched from our old Philips 2.1 system bcuz it was messy with wires and the dialogue was not clear. My dad ordered boAt Aavante Prime 5.1 5000DA soundbar, I guess he saw this in his frnd's house. I thought wo bs dekh kar order kar rhe hai but it really made movie dialogues sound clear to understand. Action and fight scenes feel more entertaining with the surround effect. Bluetooth sometimes lags for a sec., but it's not frequent. The design also seems elegant to me.
Boat has a worst warranty claiming service i have trying to claim my warranty last to months but I can't Sometimes courier company does the problem sometimes the authorised warranty claim shops does not know how to operate or help the customer
I took the boAt Energyshroom PB401 *******mAh power bank on a trip to Manali, and it literally saved me. My phone was almost dead while we were stuck in traffic, but this charged it up quickly with the fast charging. I also charged my earbuds and even a small Bluetooth speaker with it. It doesn't overheat and feels sturdy in hand. Easily one of the best travel gadgets I have bought.
I ordered a boat airdopes but they delivered me the smartwatch circuit and when I ask to replace they said that the package is safely delivered they will do nothing
Worst product worst service, the products where better when their used to import from china and use their sticker and when they started manufacturing in India the quality is dead and service too. Made a mistake would never even consider to buy this $#*! company.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Gurukripa Enterprises Meerut Uttar Pradesh. I recently approached them to claim the warranty on a BOAT product, but my application was rejected for an irrelevant reason. This decision not only lacked any genuine justification but also caused significant mental harassment.
The customer service team was unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of providing solutions or assistance, their responses were dismissive and unprofessional. It is appalling to see such a lack of accountability and customer care from an organization that is supposed to uphold the manufacturer's warranty policies.
I would not recommend Gurukripa Enterprises Meerut Uttar Pradesh to anyone. Their poor handling of customer issues and the distress they caused have left a lasting negative impression. This experience has been nothing but frustrating, and I urge others to think twice before relying on them.
Given the dreadful experience I have had, I strongly recommend the shutdown of this service center. Gurukripa Enterprises does not deserve to be in operation if this is how they treat customers. I urge BOAT and other brands to reconsider their association with such a poorly managed service center.

I bought boat rockerz 255 ANC neckband in February but now it is not working. It claimed 100 hours of power backup but after charging the battery is getting low. I am complaining.

Never buy BOAT products. They have a very pathetic after sales services and there is nobody to attend to your calls and the only option is to register complaint against warranty only through automated calls where you have set of predefined menus. There is no way out to talk to the company personnel to get the problems sorted out. Have even tried mailing them and they dont read your email and just send an automated reply with a link to register complaint. A big NO NO to their products.
I have ordered an earpod and it is of bad quality. When i try to cancel and return the product, only replacement option seemes to be open. Cancel option was not open even when it was given in the website that cancel/ replacement option will be active after the order is delivered. This is purely case of consumer right violation. Very bad website and customer care services provided. Totlly dissapointed
