I ordered about $30 worth of jewelry because it seemed like a good deal. After my purchase went through the website said my order would be shipped in about 2-7 days. A week went by with no email saying my order had been shipped so I emailed the company asking if my order was still being processed. The woman replied a few hours later saying my order was being put together and that it would be shipped within 24 hours... 24 hours later my order still hasn't been shipped. I waited another week to see if maybe they were going to send out my order then, but I was wrong. I emailed the company asking if I could get a refund, but it's been a few days and they still have not replied to me. If you ever consider buying from this company, don't. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and it's just a scam for your money.
I've been buying from Bodycandy.com for 5+ yrs and while their jewelry quality hasn't always been great, their customer service is top notch. They're always quick to respond and offer either a replacement or refund. The only time I've ever had to wait longer than expected to receive an order was my black friday order which is completely understandable.
If you're not happy with a product, if it irritates your skin, if a product still has not shipped or if you're waiting longer than the shipping you paid for, SEND THEM PICS. Screenshot the issues and email them, tell them what you want and they will fix it.
Ordered jewelry from this website and it took nearly 3 weeks to get to me and when it did there was a missing item because it was out of stock even though it said no such thing when I ordered it. I ordered something else instead and they shipped it to the wrong address and didn't let me know it's been two weeks now and they're shipping it again. Worst site to order things off of. NEVER BUY FROM HERE

I ordered 2 belly button rings and size 5/8" gauges from Body Candy. They sent me the wrong belly button ring then informed me when I emailed them that they were out of stock on the one I ordered. Then they ASKED me if I wanted a refund. Still waiting on my refund. My gauges were smaller than 5/8" and they irritated my ears so bad I now have 2 very red, itchy, sore spots around my lobes and back of my ears. Also as mentioned on previous posts, I had to wait a week before they even shipped my order after I had already paid. I would never suggest this website to anyone.
I ordered only about $7 worth of stuff from them because I needed separate bars and replacement balls. I ordered specific combinations for what I needed. It had been a week since my order and they still hadn't shipped it so I emailed and was told that it would be shipped the following Monday. I got an email on Monday that my order was shipped. THEN on Tuesday I get an email saying that one piece of my order was out of stock now and that I could get refunded or pick another thing to replace it... THEY OUTRIGHT LIED ABOUT SHIPPING MY ORDER. If they hadn't waited so long in the first place my item would've still been in stock. Then I told them exactly what they could replace the item with because I still needed that bar but instead they ignored me and just refunded me and told me they were gonna ship the rest... I DONT EVEN WANT THE REST WITHOUT THE BAR BECAUSE I NEEDED THE STUPID BAR! Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Waste of my time and money.
I *NEVER* received my order. I placed my order on November 4 and it was shipping out the following Monday. It's been a month (!); I've contacted them and they told me they're sending another package as a replacement. Are you kidding me?

I ordered a lovely septum snap-on piece that looked amazing, I thought it was gonna be ok, but after only five minutes of wearing it my nose started to feel horrible. I couldn't take it off because I didn't have anything else to replace it with so I sucked it up. By the time I got home my nose was swollen and I had to get my boyfriend to help me get it off. It took us around fifteen minutes to get it off, it was a lot tougher to snap off than I anticipated. Not buying anything of the sort from this site again, it was a nightmare. I'll give a go to other designs but it won't be for a while.

I ordered 4 nose rings from this website on Saturday and they arrived on Wednesday! Not only was it fast shipping, but they include a cute BodyCandy tie bag to hold my rings in! They gave me a printed copy of my receipt also. I'm very happy with my order and this website.
I love this website and have bought belly rings, and earrings here. I have never had an issue with anything. If there was an issue with something I contacted customer service and got a reply with in an hour tops. If something was broken or missing a gem, I send a picture with the information and I get another one free of charge. Many of the items that I have bought have been from the clearance section, but I leave with a lot more rings that way. On occasion I do treat myself to something that isn't in that section and I have yet to be disappointed.
Okay so I've been shopping and been noticing that the prices are ridiculous! The belly rings are usually $10+ and is not the best quality. The good part about this site is that the customer service is amazing and they will fix any problem you are having with no questions asked. They have a good range of jewlery, but I recommend either using the 20% off coupon or buying the jewlery when it's on sale. Never pay full price like I did and waste hundreds for jewlery that could of been bought for cheaper. But all in all, just the prices are the reason for the 3 rating and everything else it great!
I love ordering from Body Candy. The range is massive but I usually just order from their clearance section now because otherwise the prices are unrealistic for a professional piercer.
Okay so I bought two nose rings on March 16th. Prices were great, only paid like 7 bucks, but three weeks went by and I never received, I tried to look at the tracking since about 3 days after I purchased, but all it would say is that the tracking info could not be found. So I decided to email them. (Keep in mind that they have not emailed me to let me know anything.) I asked about my package and shipping, a week later they reply saying they shipped it to the wrong address, and they want me to pay extra money to ship it to the address I put under my information. I replied on June 14th, asking for a refund. Here it is July 4th and still have not received my refund, or at least an email back. So I guess my 7 dollars went down the drain,
I've ordered plenty of stuff from them in the past, but all of them were cartilage piercings (which I have yet to see any issues with tbh). I never suspected BodyCandy to be selling cheap stuff until now.
I ordered a tongue barbell about a year ago from them, and just put it in the other day (Tuesday). Within a day, the green color wore off in my mouth, revealing silver. Within 3 days, the silver wore off too revealing black metal underneath. First of all, they said this piece of jewelry was titanium. Secondly, now I'm freaking out because my tongue's a little sore and who knows what the hell kind of metal was just in my mouth (I legit just switched the piercing out 5 minutes ago). I will attach a picture. Additionally, I ordered captive bead rings for my cartilage piercing that were *supposed* to be titanium as well, and woke up one morning to an aching helix plagued with paint chips and pus. If this company cared about it's customers even a little, they would not do this.
THE VERDICT: While their service is great and shipping is fast, etc., BodyCandy lies to its customers and does NOT sell the quality of jewelry they claim to. This crap is most likely Titanium-plated (if even), which peels off after a while revealing cheap base metal. If you can find a more reliable place to buy piercing jewelry, DO IT because BodyCandy is not worth the scare, the money, or the possible infection from base metal alloy being in your mouth, your ears, your belly button, your nose, etc.
EDIT: I've heard a LOT of good things about Body Art Forms as an alternative, and have just purchased new jewelry from them. I will be adding more to this once I determine if its good!
Edit #2: So, I've had the tongue ring I purchased from Body Art Forms in for a couple months now, and I have nothing to complain about. It's a little hard to twist the ball in once you have it through your tongue, but I think that's just due to the size I chose. If you're scared and unsure about these unreliable companies such as BodyCandy or Painful Pleasures, go to Body Art Forms. What's great about them is that their descriptions tell you exactly what you're getting. If you opt for cheaper jewelry, they'll tell you that the color will fade, but they seem to stand by their products 100% and I have yet to experience anything to tell me otherwise.

I purchased a set of gauges which is a nice set. But the fact I lost my current ones I was in need of them fast! So I did the over night shipping. I get an email the day should have arrived being told it had been placed on hold... Due to fact my shipping and billing address was different. This has never been an issue for the last 5 years.
I was also questioned on the phone why I decided for a rushed order. ( none or your business I believe)! And told my bank wouldn't approve a payment for my 'shipping address'. Isn't that why they offer a billing and shipping address option?
I will never order here again... and I still got charged for a rushed order.!
Was not aware the gauges were not sold as pairs, or I'm just oblivious to any posting about it either way they should be sold as pairs. Was quite disappointed when I only received one gauge. Should also have pictures of people with the jewelry in as I did not know how large my septum ring was till I got it.
