Clear rental contract. What we liked is that the already existing damages on the car are registered upfront and shown on the rental contract including some pictures. Allowing a quick check (which is still necessary of course).

Lady at the desk was very kind and efficient. I got a very nice red Panda. Great car. All the procedure from taking the car and bringing it back were smooth. Highly recommended.

It was cheaper and we got a better car - all done with exceptional customer service. Terrific English to boot. Overall, a great experience, which I've come to expect when renting from BookingGroup

Very professional service - I arrived from a flight on a Friday night at 8pm, there was no queue, and everybody at the counter was very welcoming to me. The car I received was very good, it was easy to find in the Munich airport parking lot, and at no moment the service staff tried to force me any insurances or other hidden cost, and were transparent throughout the whole conversations. This is greatly appreciated.

Habe mir hier in letzter Zeit öfters Fahrzeuge für Wochenendtrips gemietet, was immer problemlos funktioniert hat. Service war immer hervorragend, gut gelaunte und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.

I booked a car in Spain and the company didn't accept my American or Israeli drivers licenses. I was told I needed an international license, despite having rented in numerous other European countries and never having needed one. I emailed bookinggroup immediately and asked for a refund. A couple weeks later they emailed me back saying that it was clearly stated in the terms and conditions that I needed an international drivers license. I checked and nowhere did it say that an international license was required. Avoid this company at all costs. They would not refund me at all.

Avoid at any cost! Charged me for a car I never got and refused to respond to multiple emails. I would never ever use this company again and please don't throw away your hard earned cash

Ik heb een auto gehuurd. Maar ze hadden die auto niet eens in hun assortiment. Ze gebruiken een foto van een ford toerneo connect. En krijg uit eindelijk en renault symbol (bouwjaar 2016). Heb geweigerd en krijg mijn borg niet terug. Ze zeggen dat het in de clausule staat. Alles oke maar waarom gebruik je een foto van een auto die je niet eens hebt? Je had genoeg renault symbols voor goedkoper, maar heb voor deze gekozen die 200 euro duurder was( door de foto). Dus niet bij booking boeken
