I had a complaint about them placing a sticker on the back cover. They responded very quickly and stated that this is something they are in the process of changing. They also offered a partial refund or full refund upon return. I suggest that if a sticker that is not removable bothers you that you contact the company and ask if they are still doing this.
They could have had a loyal regular customer. Two classmates on my referral list had already bought and sold to them. I retracted my post on my university's page. I am disappointed. I would be very embarrassed if anyone had a bad experience with any similarity, and they were there because I mistakenly told them it was awesome.
Do not do any kind of business with this company. This company is absolutely terrible in every way imaginable.
They make it a very easy process. The hardest thing you'll have to do is put books in a box. I love how they take care of all shipping and you get paid! It's a great easy process!
I had to contact them three times to get my issue resolved and it was not a complex problem. They are entirely unhelpful.
The prices aren't bad, my books got here quickly, and they're in good condition. I will order again.
