Purchased an expensive booster and stated that I only wish to purchase if they could arrange the installation. They did. The installation was of the poorest quality. Plugs cut off cables to go through small holes and then reattached using pliers. I wasn't able to be at home for two months after the installation. My father in Law became very ill. When I returned the system that hadn't been installed to their own standard bu their own recommended installer was not working as it should. This company good for their effort to resolve but fell down very much with their support after they had taken my money. The installer they used is no longer part of their setup or team because of his poor work. I then had a new installer contact me and had to pay a further £960 on top of the £475 I had already paid to get the job done and working.
They really should have taken a little more responsibility for their recommendation and not simply left it to me. They did offer 10% refund on the purchase stating that because I did not complain within 30 days, they couldn't help. I couldn't help my father in-law dying a very slow death and me not having to be here. They totally did not help or acknowledge that their installer failed to install the equipment to manufacturers instructions. Finally the external antenna was installed inside not facing a cell tower

It's a great thing! Frankly speaking, I have never regretted the purchase. The booster is very helpful, especially at the cottage, where I have no mobile coverage at all. After the installation the signal has become better and more stable. The only minus is a little bit high price, but it's worth it!

The first time I bought this signal booster, it didn't work, and I was thinking how much I had been conned. Days later I decided to adjust the direction of my antennas, and to my surprise, I was getting 3-4 bars of 4G service. I would recommend this unit to anyone out there and advice them to read the instructions carefully to avoid getting into a similar situation like mine.

The signal boost I'm getting from this device is phenomenal and a huge improvement over the old situation. However, I would recommend you take time in the installation and adjust the location of the antennas until you find the best possible spot.

We used it for the first time last week in the Eastern Sierras on vacation. We own a social media business so being able to access the internet was critical and avoided the hassle of driving to receive a signal to utilize our cell phone hotspot. We each had 1-2 bars on our cell phones prior to connecting to the booster. When we used the booster at the same time we each had between 3-4 bars, individually we had 5 bars. The description of the booster kit said it would connect up to 4 devices. We found very slow internet connection when we had more than 1 device connected to the booster each utilizing our hotspot. It worked great when only one of us used our hotspot. Without the use of our hotspot, making calls and texting was wonderful. The booster kit with the truck antenna did what it said, and it would have received 5 stars if our internet connection was just as effective using both our cell phones and hotspots at the same time. We definitely recommend the product but be aware that it works at it's best when only 1 device is connected.

Works very well. We moved up to the country with many dead areas with no signal. I was dubious when I bought this and paid 500+ dollars but after having loosely installed it now to test it I am thrilled to say it does indeed work and works well. I just held a 30-minute phone call through three patches where I always drop phone calls. Well worth the price for me anyway. To all the skeptics out there who doubt this product, it works. Take it from someone who's been there. It's worth every penny. Its service is superb and full of quality.

Purchased this unit and am satisfied that it works as advertised and definitely gives me some signal where I often have none. My two dislikes of the system is it gets very hot, and the phone has to be close to short range antenna inside truck to perform. I wish it would just operate off the roof mount antenna instead so it could be used outside around the truck.

For years I struggled with coverage in my office. Every time I could barely get a bar of a network in my cell phone and communication was always a problem. I have to say this device is a life saver. Now, I have superb phone call quality, and my internet connection is as strong as it gets. I can send and receive emails anytime. The product is great, works just like it is supposed to and just as it was expected, to be honest even better than expected. If every purchase that I make would go this smooth I would be extremely happy. One may ask if everything went so good why was customer service involved. Well I love to know the how and why on technical products and let just say that no matter the question I had I got a response and not a script it was a genuine conversation and I did not feel rushed to resolve any issue. Thumbs up!

Bought this not sure if it would be a waste of money. We do a lot of camping/Jeep trails off the beaten path in the Colorado Rocky Mountains where we do not get any signal from Verizon or anyone else. I bought this on Amazon and got it last week. We headed out on the Jeep trail Sunday. I had absolutely no Verizon signal on my phone. I plugged this in and powered it up and I immediately had 4 bars and a 4G signal and could makes calls and send/receive email and text messages. This is great! We'll be taking it with us every time we head out into the back country.

I wish to recommend Messrs. Mobile Signal Booster for trustworthy service and a great product. Since moving into another home in countryside we found mobile signal strength between nothing and 1 bar, causing no comms or dropped calls and no One Time Pins from bank. After easily, plug and play, installing our entry level booster we immediately have 5 bar signal throughout the house.

Delivery were secured by their choice of proper courier. They responded knowledgeably to my chat and email when I contacted to establish authenticity. Website and processes is clear and efficient.

Ordered this for a log cabin with poor mobile service, to make a call you had to go outside, made an order to boost my signal but was recommended by Mia to upgrade to the next better one, now there was a bit of a delay on receiving my booster and a bit of confusion on arrival time but the results when I did install were staggering, if you install exactly to the instructions, you should have no problems, just remember the outside ariel fits too a pole of some sort, very happy with the results

If you are having some trouble with your signal and in that it is weak then they will help you a lot. I was struggling so much with my low signal reception and I got in touch with them. They're able to boost my signal and I no longer have to worry about low signal. THey are worth what they are offering.

There is nothing I hate as much as having low signal and not being reached by those who want to talk to me. With their help I am not always having a good signal strength and I am always reachable no matter where I am in my area. They have a good service and they offer it for a good price.

Having recently moved to a rural area just as it became imperative to be able to work from home, I was presented with some serious telephone signal issues. Irelandboosters.com (they're not actually in Ireland but it caused no problems) talked me through my options, advised me which booster was suitable and supplied me with everything I needed promptly and with a minimum of fuss. I can now use my phone without having to hike 2km up the road! I'm very happy with the product. I also bought a WiFi signal extender, and that too is very good.

I was so fed up with getting one or no bars and not receiving text messages other than iMessage and calls cutting out (yes I know wifi calling can help but does it always?!) so I decided to look for a solution. Now the very kind and helpful people on the chat (Mia, Hellen, and Kate) were excellent to answer all questions and organised a delivery that took a few days (ordered Tuesday arrived Friday). It arrived and the only thing I would say is that there is a lot of equipment and the internal antenna is bigger than it appears in the picture - think spread out large hand and that is about the size. However my 0/1 bar has turned into 4/3 bars and all works perfectly.
I must point out the following:
1. The setup is a little tricky and you need to RTFM, which by the way comes on a circular thing apparently called a CD - remember those?! Read this carefully and follow and all will work perfectly.
2. Test the system roughly in the position of the house where you would ideally like the things then test your phone's signal. Then install the fittings. I went for the external antenna in the loft pointing to the mast, internal in the hall in a central location, and voila - all done.
So to summerise, ignore the super negative reviews here - maybe during this very tricky situation they had issues with supply but who hasn't? They are not based in China but sure they get their equipment from there like most companies now! Finally, it is pricy but that is a small cost to get perfect mobile phone reception in the house for all that enter not just those are on the wifi within.
