Firstly, although I ordered from Mobile Signal Boosters UK with an address in Covent Garden, the company is actually in China. This introduces delays and problems with import duties. The first booster took 2 weeks to arrive and was damaged in shipping. It took 6 weeks to get a replacement. This doesn't perform as promised, and nothing like as well as the booster it is replacing. I suspect it's faulty. I'm trying to return under their money back guarantee, but they are ignoring my emails. I'm also out of pocket for return shipping of damaged item and import duties on the shipping of the replacement. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I have been enjoying this five-range amplifier for three months. It greatly improves the coverage of all Mobile operators at home, and finally all household members enjoy very good and fast Internet. All the existing amplifiers that we used did not meet our expectations and in no way can they compare them with what is given by this five-band GSM amplifier. The purchase cost may not be small, but it is a really good investment. I highly recommend it to all those who complain about weak cellular signal and slow internet at home.

I struggle with getting more than 1 or 2 bars signal in my house but when I go outside I get the full 5 bars without issues and had been looking around for months at which signal booster to buy.

Eventually after a lot of looking around I took the plunge and ordered one from Mobile Signal Boosters.

There were many reasons for choosing them but the biggest reason was the helpfulness of Hellen who provided outstanding advice from start to finish on which device to buy, she did not try to push me to buy a more expensive model and was more than happy to keep answering silly questions I had. She did all this in a very friendly and professional way that made me feel that my money was going to a company that would look after me if things did not work as planned.

Their website is the best of all the suppliers of this type of product making it very quick to narrow down the choices on what to buy and providing information that is clear and easy to understand. A lot of the competitors have badly designed and poorly written sites that leave you confused.

When my Signal Booster arrives I will update this review and add some pictures to show how well it is working.

I receieved suberb presales service from Hellen who gave good advice on the required equipment and assured me about timescales for delivery. My equipment was delivered within three days from UK stock, they had included a two way rather than three way splitter but this was dealt with quickly and arrived again within a few days from the UK.

I used their installation service, which was provided by Midland Networks. The installation was excellent, cables were carefully routed and everything tidied away afterwards. Personally I would have been uncomfortable going up on the roof to mount the antenna and wouldn't have done anywhere near as tidy a job on the cables. The one shame is the cables come pre-terminated meaning I have some coils tucked away in a corner rather than runs being cut to length.

We now have 3 or 4 bars of coverage on O2 and EE where we used to only have one. Oddly the measured speeds using speedtest aren't amazing, but I can stream Netflix perfectly.
