It's really hard to give feedback when I haven't received the item I just paid for. Really don't like your return policy. I've been shopping for ankle braces and had to return 2 because of the way they hurt my foot. I had not problem returning them no did I have to pay for returning them!
I'm hoping I like yours and won't have a problem. I know what I am looking for and yours was the was the one I have been trying to find so I hope I won't have an issues and won't have to worry about getting my money back.

The product was all I expected
Order was processed and delivered in a very timely manner
They substituted or shipped the wrong product. I did not authorize a substitute item. Cost of return shipping of $32.00 is only $23 less than the cost of the item. I am not sure it is worth it to send back for fear that I will not get a refund even though I never opened or used the product and have the original shipping box.
I ordered on the 19th. After not receiving a shipping notice by the 22nd I used the chat feature to inquire about the shipment. One person answered and put me on hold, then another came on after about 5 minutes, then the person who put me on hold came back also. Person # 2 said she would check on the order and e mail me what the problem was. By the next day I had not received a reply and the shipment was still showing "processing" so I went to chat again and was put on hold. After about a 15 minute wait I hung up without ever getting an answer for why they never e mailed me, but finally the order was shipped without any notification or explanation. Very unprofessional service and appeared nobody knew what they were doing.
The product I ordered was of quality construction, just as shown in the photos, and arrived quite quickly. It was just what I needed.
