I wanted to take a moment to express the service and quality of product I received from Brilliance. These guys treated me like family (they even gave out their personal numbers so I could text them direct) and delivered on a ring that exceeded all my expectations. They also came in thousands less then stores or "reputable" jewelry stores in my area.

I purchased an engagement ring from brilliance.com. At first i was skeptical because i could not see the diamond in person. After speaking with members of their sales team i felt much more comfortable. They were able to send me magnified videos of the diamonds as well as the certifications to review. They were available by phone for all the questions that i had and gave me advice as well. This was extremely helpful! They even expedited the process so that i could get it in time for the date i wanted to propose. I received the ring and am very happy with how it turned out!

Recently lost one of the screw backings to my stud earrings purchased from Brilliance back in 2015. I contacted Brilliance to take advantage of the lifetime warranty, and was immediately provided all the necessary documentation and steps for sending in my jewelry to have a new backing made/provided. Called in this week as it has been a few weeks without any update. Turns out I had an old phone number listed on my account and Brilliance had been reaching out to the old number for a weeks! Danielle was super friendly and helpful in updating my phone number, confirming my new address for returning my jewelry to me, and answering some other miscellaneous questions. It honestly felt like I was chatting with an old friend, Danielle was casual and genuine, while remaining completely professional. This has been such an easy process to get my earring backing replaced and I know my jewelry is in good hands with Brilliance!

When searching for a wedding band for my fiancé, I found it to be very difficult to find a ring that was both great quality and very well priced. Brilliance was able to exceed both of those expectations, on top of resizing the ring for us with unbelievable speed and ease. Definitely recommend working with them to get your dream ring! Ordered a ring in a size of 5.5 but received a ring at a 5.25. Had to pay $80 to buy insurance and ship back for resizing only to be told after it was fixed it was going to cost me another $80 to send it back unless i want to write a review for $50 off shipping cost. Costumer service was good and the people I spoke to was nice but don't like spending up to $2000 for a ring and told i get a free resizing for the first 90 days but cost my an additional $100 or more to get it correct.

I was looking for a round diamond for a ring I was having made. I had a budget, but still wanted the stone to meet certain criteria as far as color, size, clarity and fluorescence. Representatives at Brilliance worked with me to get me good clear photos, and even 360 videos of some of the stones I was considering. I got a lovely diamond, and it was carefully shipped, and all paperwork included. I could not be happier and now have the ring that have wanted for so long!

Many times the diamonds with the best prices in a given carat and quality range will have fluorescence because, as you mention, it may make the diamond cloudy (though most of the time it does not). Fluorescence affects each diamond differently and we recommend that a gemologist inspect the diamond visually to determine if fluorescence has affected a particular diamond.
